WSFS is an excellent bank and this branch is the best of the best. They have the most pleasant, professional and helpful staff. They have gone above and beyond to help me take care of some cd’s I needed to open and other paperwork to close out some accounts. Always a hello when you walk in and a how can I help you attitude. Keep up the great work.

They don't take walk-in people because they are a "busy" branch but I walked in and it was otherwise empty and they still couldn't see me? Poor poor customer service. If people want to walk in and open an account, making them leave and come back is an easy way to make sure they find a different bank all together.

Okay branch... very sad to hear that WSFS pays their tellers almost HALF of Wells Fargo, but expect the same amount of work. Been a client for 10 years.
