Went to the fox run wsfs to cash a payroll check written from wsfs and the lady was very rude and ignorant said she couldn’t cash the check because it wasn’t released or something. So I can to the one in Newark right after that on suburban dr the lady took care of it and called to have it released and had no issues! Very well recommended to come here and see Kylie she is very helpful!!!!!

I have been banking with WSFS for over 30 years. I rarely go inside but today the atm wouldn't accept my check deposit. I went inside and Renay was amazing. She was very friendly and welcoming and she quickly got my deposit done and I was on my way. Great customer experience thanks to Renay!

Was a customer of WSFS since I was a senior in high school in 2012. Never had any problems on my account. Went in this branch to clear up an issue of my cc billing my bank twice mistakenly. WSFS did not want to budge on giving me the 70 dollars in overdraft fees back to me over a mistake that was not my own. On top of that the manager didn't even want to speak to me. Closed my account at that moment. Stay away from these clowns.

I really love WSFS Bank. Stopped in this morning because I needed help with my banking. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend this bank. If you go to this branch, please ask for Emma, she rocks!

I love wsfs but some branches are more enjoyable then others to walk into. This branch is my go to branch. I will make it a point if I have to go to the bank to go to this branch. Always a comfortable, friendly experience. They always make you feel like family.
