Went to the drive in with a very important transfer at 4:49 pm and the "Drive thru was closed? Not a car in the parking lot! This isn't the first time either.
The website says...9:00 - 5:00. It was Monday October 14th @ 4:49 pm... I'm pissed!

I got to shoprite several times a month. So I spent $9.78 and a fraud alert went up and my card was on HOLD. Never told me, never emailed, never texted. I got to retailers and get YOUR CARD IS DECLINED. Not because there 's no money, not because it was lost or stolen, because $9.78 threw up suspicious activity. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Are you kidding me? And the customer service assistant was typically aloof, arrogant and clearly not cut out for Customer Service. WE STAND FOR S****Y Service

It is illegal to hold a customer's monies in account. (Cash) Not speaking of a check. The lady at the window is very rude. I'm being told I have to wait as I sit here having to wait to withdrawl my money! Changing banks asap

Small business beware - avoid WSFS like the plague! I have been told by 2 WSFS reps that I have 60 days to dispute a checking account transaction. NEITHER rep could tell me what company the charges even came from! The first guy told me he'd stop the charges - he didn't. The 2nd rep told me I'd receive a letter stating WHO WSFS gave my money to - instead I get a letter today stating all the disputes have been denied - because they're outside the allowed time frame (NOT TRUE). So I still don't know who they sent my $1000+ to. Exceptionally poor service. I've been a customer there for over 30 years - my personal and my business account are there - and I just opened another business and intended to use them - never again. Ironically enough if you walk into a branch they have signs that say "WSFS Loves Small Business". Sign should say "WSFS Loves Screwing Small Business." Banking commissioner is my next stop.

First, let me say that I think Google's review scale is outright wrong--"0" should not be poor-fair, it should be "poor," and 1 should be "fair." For the record, I am saying WSFS is "Fair," not "Poor." WSFS Bank did a fine job serving as my local bank while I was in school at the University of Delaware, but the person who opened my account failed to mention the "account inactivity" fee that automatically kicks in if you do not use your account for 3 months. When I called to close my account after noticing this fee, I was assured that they would waive the fee for the past three months and leave the account as it currently stood until I came back to town to close the account. Well, lo and behold, I finally made it back to Delaware about a year later, and found that WSFS had stolen my last $50 in the account and closed it. No surprise, really, but it would have been nice to not be lied to on two different occasions as to first 1) whether there were any fees associated with the account and 2) whether they really would "waive" the inactivity fee as a courtesy.
