“I enjoy shopping at South Moon Under! Aside from having a great variety of up-to-date clothing, the service is excellent!! I'd like to personally thank Patti Olsen from Christiana!!! I left my credit card there which actually fell on the floor when I thought I put it in my purse. Patti acted quickly when she found it, and thought enough to look me up in their computer where she was able to locate my phone number. Since I was already on my way home, not close by, she had it overnighted to me. She put a personal note inside the envelope which I thought was above and beyond! She showed me that she cared enough to make sure I got my card which made me feel that she's not just a sales clerk but a kind and caring person! This to me is excellent service!!!”

“I love Kohl's, especially their Clearance racks. But their boxer briefs & boxers, as sexy as they may be, are just way overpriced. Their sale was BOGO, which was still a bit too pricey for my range. Clearance is what I go for, too find great deals on off-season items.”
“Cecile Boutique was a prayer answered! When the useless boutiques in my area did not offer prom gowns, Cecile Boutique was recommended. My daughter found the absolutely perfect dress for her prom! Their selection is expansive and unique. The staff is so helpful and made my daughter feel beautiful as she tried on each dress. I love the “stage” area with the trifold mirrors so you can really get a good look. Their prices were reasonable and they offered several options for alterations. (I ended up using DO Creatively, which was amazing!) Thank you Cecile Boutique!”
“Wonderful store with a great selection of lotions, body mists and perfumes as well as bras and underwear. One woman who worked here was very nice, she was also very helpful when it came to finding the specific scent/perfume I was looking for. Highly recommend this location!!”

“Have not been to the mall in a bit and noticed that Victoria's secret spun Pink off into it's own store. Went there with the wife and were greeted with wonderful smells and cheerful employees who were happily telling us about a sale that would be over with tonight. The wife has been needing some more sleep gear so we picked up a few things for her. The helpful employees then told us that if we downloaded the app, there were additional savings, which we took advantage of. Whenever you can leave a store smiling, it's a good day.”

“I love this store, it’s my favorite place in Newark to find unique stuff. I found a seashell necklace in there years and years ago. I still wear it to this day because I have never seen anything like it. I plan on making it a family heirloom.”

“I went to the men's fragrance counter to pick a birthday gift for a friend and when I say THE SERVICE I received from Sharon was impeccable I mean it was amazing! Unsure as to which fragrance I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied with what I brought. Nowadays the shopping experiences are just so BLAH most of the sales representatives are so cold and semi-rude. She was a breath of fresh air and Macy's should be proud to have her represent their company. If you are in the fragrance department and would like a great shopping experience ask for Sharon you won't be disappointed!”
“I don't often shop this location because I live closer to the Glen Eagle location but after a TERRIBLE experience at glen eagle I decided to shop Christiana. The store has a much better selection but more importantly the staff greeted me immediately and engaged with me during my whole shopping experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Kudos to the leadership team for hiring and development such a diverse and passionate team. I will definitely go out of my way to shop this location. Thank you!”
“I like to "peruse" if one can actually do that to a store like you would a book. It is more than just browsing it is looking for clothes, but doing so while trying to think of the styles the Gap had when i was much much younger. I remember thinking of how tough it must be for traditional retailers to compete with Amazon and other online marketplaces. It was nice to see it clean and well organized.”
“My mini coach purse broke and my husband brought me here to replace it. We walked in and weren’t greeted at all. One employee was just standing there watching everyone. As we were about to leave, that’s when i got approached and asked if i found everything to be okay.. from there i was able to get the help i was looking for and left the store with a happy purchase. As someone who also works in retail, greet your clients! It makes a big difference.”
“Came in here with a reluctant younger shopper for bras. The folks that were working here were helpful but not too pushy and left us alone when it was obvious she was uncomfortable. When we checked out the woman who helped us was SUPER helpful in looking for additional items on sale for us - she went above and beyond. This was a visit we were dreading and it went extremely well. Not to mention that there was a large selection of different styles and we found great options.”

“This store has a large men's department where we found affordable sneakers for our teenage son. The men's department looks like a good place to get formal menswear. The staff was very helpful. The paper bag they put our purchase items in was very thin so you might want to bring a large bag with you when you shop there. The second floor boys' department did not have a register open.”
