Hello, I am an international student. I have chose to open a bank account at Wells Fargo. The employees who work here are so helpful and kind. If you do not understand something, they are willing to explain it in a different way until you understand. Shaun and Sally were really nice to me. Thank you for helping me throughout my process.

Drove to take money out via the ATM. I was charged the $3 fee for being a Non WellsFargo customer. I then drove around to the window and asked for change. (I needed 10’s, 5’ and 1’s). Not a difficult transaction. 15 minutes later, the lady at the window asked me for my Wells Fargo card? I proceeded to tell her that I didn’t have an account but that I had used their ATM and just needed change. I was told that because I was a Non Wells Fargo customer that they would not give me the change I requested. I thought they were kidding but they sent my money back out to me. I did tell them that they definitely lost a customer at that moment and I would never be back for anything else. Sadly they didn’t care. The Manager at this branch has a problem with people of “color”. I do believe this is why they didn’t help me. Guess what? I went over to Safeway where the young man behind the counter gave me the change I needed and I got it with a SMILE. I definitely believe you don’t deserve any stars AT ALL!!! !!!!!! Unfortunately I can’t post this review unless I give at least one star. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst bank I've ever been to, I went in person to pay off a loan and they said they couldn't tell me how much the loan is worth and I have to call to get it. I spent time at the bank calling, find the number and getting my account approved to pay it in full get off the phone and stand in line for another 20 minutes. I get to the woman and she tells me I can't pay the loan off with a card, I explained I just got it approved over the phone to pay a large amount on the DEBIT CARD. We wernt here because the people on the phone were nit helpful and now I atill have trouble just paying off a loan so I can be done with this bank. Thank you for nothing. Happily ending all services with this company.

I am a teacher of the visually impaired and I was taking a student on a lesson to do a bank withdrawal. The staff was very supportive in helping the student learn to independently make a withdrawal while giving him proper guidance.

I’m not sure why I see so many unpleasant reviews for this bank. It’s my favorite one. I can tell you right now I never leave reviews for anywhere but today was one of my many good experiences here. I usually only come to deposit, but still. Every time I come in I’m treated very well. I feel very welcomed and I feel as though every staff member I’ve dealt with is very sweet. So I’ll just leave this review here to shed a positive light on this branch.

So...the branch doesn't pick up calls. You try to make an appointment via the branch's "Make an Appointment" link and...you get directed to Well's Fargo's homepage with NO ability to make an appointment. Basically, there are no longer ANY services available at Wells Fargo beyond deposits and withdrawals. So...I'm closing my accounts and they can go f--- themselves.
