I went to the Newark Wawa on Chestnut Hill road yesterday to get a pizza for the first time because my coworker was telling me how good it is so I ordered a pepperoni pizza not only did it take a long time to get the pizza but when I got home it was burnt on top and bottom they obviously didn't care about how they gave me the pizza because I know he saw that it was burnt when he took it out the the oven and decided to give it to me that way anyhow so my first time obviously trying the pizza was not good and I don't ever want to try it again and the fact that I go to that Wawa quite often because it's on the way to my job made it even more disappointing he could have let me know that it was burnt I would have waited for another one they need to retrain him on food quality or he just didn't care.

they charge for salsa now .25 cents ..... .75 cents for avacado....... i wouldn't be mad if i got the salsa/ what i paid for. hanger is real

I’ve come here one time in the past and the service was pretty decent, the store was pretty clean and I was able to find all of what I needed.

It is a classic experience. The same as many other wawas. Decent food, decent service, not the cleanest place in the world, but if you need something to chow down on, it has a good variety of hoagies, soups, and snacks.

This morning was 2nd time i got a Sizzli from here that was burnt & nasty...if i opened all the boxes to check people would look at me like im a maniac. Its not hard to not put burnt food out, just throw it away instead of selling it to unknowing customers.

I use to go here everyday until I got the older older no offense Indian lady And tried my best to be respectful after she was throwing my things around then I Also was grabbing cigarettes too and not only did I ask for Newport shorts she gaave me 100s which was her fault not mine I bought a lot of stuff that day so I bought a bag where she threw the ciggs so I didn’t notice until I already left so after a hour I came back she knew who I was and wouldn’t exchanged my un opened cigarette for shorts or give me a refund she was giving me attitude plus more and I felt more the disrespected but she’s 60 or older so I bit my tongue n asked to speak with a manger I had to wait over 30 mins not even to see her because she was too busy so never again will I goto this un customers service having store that’s not ran properly very disappointed smh

Horrible service, horrible customer service all the way up to the manager, definitely reached out to corporate and they were very helpful and promised to fix the issue so that’s a great thing. Please hire better employees who love their job, who provides great customer service and basic problem solving skills. Even with customers who may be difficult. Learn to find ways to get them in and out by providing a fast service to get them out. Don’t argue and try to assault customers, even though they’re honestly just responding to your negative attitudes. It came from somewhere clearly. It all starts with the service you’re providing to have a happy customer leave and want to come back again. I hope lessons are learned !

Ordered a sandwich and soup. Got sandwich and soup wrong! BOTH!! Italian and turkey look diff and potato vs broccoli soup also look diff. Tells me workers just don't care/double check orders.

Had 5 years experience at McDonald's and 2 years at Amazon was amazing in customer service and even trained new employees. I was good at what I did. I got rejected for a job here. This isn't a 5 star hotel that requires a masters degree in customer service. I don't know what more experience you would need from me. I get to go home tonight and tell my daughter she might starve. Thank you Wawa.
