With the current pharmacy hours this Walgreens is not a drug store, it is a "convenience" store. I had a prescription phoned in at 3:00 on Friday. When I went to pick it up that evening around 7:00PM the pharmacy had already closed at 6:00. It was not scheduled to reopen until Monday at 9:30. I tried to access my medication through a local Walgreens, that was open. They could not accommodate me because the prescription was "not entered into the system." I had to make it through the weekend with no medication and couldn't get it until mid morning on Monday.

This is one of the worst walgreens ive ever been to. Their cashiers are slow at EVERYTHING they do and they will make up their own hours for their pharmacy instead of knowing when they actually operate.I was here yesterday and asked about what time the pharmacy opened and the cashier lied about the time so i drive out here and waited for 20 minutes for the pharmacy to open. I told the manager that her worker lied about the time it opens and her response was "I can't do anything about that". One of the worst responses I've ever heard from a "manager". Very disappointed with this place for wasting my time and their horrible customer service.

Delaware Gov. John Carney signed a universal indoor mask mandate Monday 1/10/2022 with some hospitals "over 100% inpatient bed capacity amid crippling staffing shortages." I had a great experience when I went to get my COVID shot, the pharmacist was very nice and provided a lot of educational information about what to expect. Unforuntately again I was surprised to see that a delivery person entered the store without a mask and walked right up to the pharmacy while customers were waiting for their shots/RXs, most were elderly. Suggest that the staff notify their vendors/suppliers to follow State mandated health protocol and have more reminders noted. Thank you

The pharmacist here is racist and uses his “discretion” when filling scripts as opposed to an actual medical opinion and prior authorization from a DOCTOR. they also had a man name MARGE working there acting as the muscle running patients away. Horrible pharmacy…do not waste your time!

The store itself was fine, but I had a horrible experience here a while back (at least a year ago). I was planning to buy myself some kind of makeup - only one product, as I was on a tight budget. So I was trying to decide what to buy, and was holding a few different things and comparing them. I picked up some makeup, then put some back ... I did this for a while, trying to make up my mind.Then an employee suddenly approached me, yelling at me to "PUT THAT BACK AND GET OUT NOW!" When I was confused, she insisted that she saw me put something in my purse. I gave her my purse so she could look through it, but she only glanced into the main compartment for a moment. I turned all my pockets inside out. I hadn't stolen anything, I never even considered it! But she INSISTED that she saw me stealing "with her own eyes" and that I must have put it back somehow (?) She demanded that I get out and never come back. Everyone was staring, it was horrible!I forget why I didn't use a cart/basket - maybe they were all in use - so this was partly because I was holding everything in my hands. Still, that shouldn't have led to accusations of shoplifting! I called the manager later that day and told her what happened. This was at least a year ago. I know this was only that employee's fault - the store is fine otherwise - but in case she still works there, be careful! This was a young Caucasian woman employee. Such an embarrassing experience!

All the flip flops that i purchased except one pair were 90% off. I spoke with sharon and she stated that they are the only brands that are not 90% ofg. I said that they should be separated because they are smack, dead center of all the pthe flip flops. As a consumer how am i supposed to know that ONE brand is not included. All i received was an , im sorry.

They refuse to give me my prescriptions that are DONE AND WAITING according to their own text to me. They are sitting on the shelf, including one I have now been completely out of for FIVE DAYS. Because they "have been filled " my only options are to deal with my insurance company to hopefully get an override for another pharmacy or pay FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET THAT I CAN'T AFFORD.
