The pharmacists are blatantly rude and biased and nasty to older people than themselves ("this is the way it is, get with it). Unbelievably rude and not at all even helpful. A course in customer service 101 is called for)
I am utilizing a different drugstore.

Absolute garbage pharmacy. I dropped off my script and they said it'll be ready in a day or 2. After a day or 2, I received no update, so I called and they said they needed to order it, so it'd be a bit longer. Ok... A few days later, no updates. So I called again and they said it needed a prior auth. Why didn't they tell me that? So I get in touch with my doctor and get the prior auth. Another day or 2 goes by and no updates, so I called again and they said now the script is expired. Again, no one told me this. They just stopped processing it and never notified me. So I get the doctor to reissue the script and 2 weeks after I was supposed to have my meds I finally get them.
The people who work here are nice, but they do not do their job well and will not notify you of any changes in the status of your script. If you don't call every day, you won't ever hear from them.

This review is strictly for a certain pharmacist. Last month I walked all the way to this walgreens to pick up my prescription. I walked thru the door at 5:57 3 minutes before the pharmacy closes. As I walked up to the pickup counter they literally closed the gate in my face. Another store employee asked me why I was so upset and I told her what had just happened and she said she was very sorry and as I walked in at 5:57pm the pharmacist was literally walking out of the backdoor and leaving. That's 3 minutes early, on a Friday no less knowing they're not open on weekends. Therefore I had to go 3 days without my meds. This month I call and ask to have it filled on the same day it was filled last month and the pharmacist tells me it was picked up on May 31st so she personally doesn't want to fill my script until the 28th. Only reason I picked it up on the 31st was because she left 3 minutes EARLY the Friday before. I asked why she couldn't fill it on the same day as it was filled last month and she then got rude with me and said I'm the pharmacist on duty today and it's my choice and I've already given you too much of my time and literally hung up on me!! How unprofessional is that?!?! Corporate has been notified and I will never come to this particular walgreens again. Note the pharmacist on duty was also female.

The staff are mostly helpful and kind. They have a wide variety of goods including milk. The prices aren't the best but nothing is cheap anymore. I will continue to shop here.

This entire staff is customers friendly..the PHARMANIST and her staff are very friendly and professional.. they did not have a medication in stock.. they found it for me on Brackenridge road.. keep up great care

Pharmacy can be slow in processing your prescription. Store needs more convenient hours!! Not everyone can shop during "normal business hours" and would be helpful to have the pharmacy open later than 6pm... I only go here because its closest to my house.

Horrible!!! The Pharmacy is closed on the weekends and closes at 6 during the week. And as I write this, they are closed at 10 in the morning, the whole store! And I need a medication filled today. But I guess it doesn't matter to this Walgreens if people don't get the medicine they need! Avoid this store at all costs!! Stop with the Covid excuses, its been 2 years already!

TERRIBLE. I will not get better from this 12 week sinus infection because suddenly they are closed on the weekends so I will miss my Sunday dose. Switching pharmacies as soon as possible. So infuriated rn.
