The store was very organized and clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I don't usually go to this one but I called over a dozen different places for medication and they were all out of the 1 I needed. The whole process was simple quick and easy, I'd recommend this place over my usual pharmacy .

Pharmacy employees were friendly, helpful, and very clean area. Only issues is they close at 6pm. Remaining of location was clean, shelves were stocked, items easy to find, employees were also friendly.

This location is ridiculous. One time, they just randomly decided to fill my prescription at a different location. Now, the latest fiasco is that they told me I had a certain number of days to pick up my prescription but then counted the days they were closed (Saturday and Sunday) When I went in on Monday morning, they said the pharmacy was temporarily closed but would be open in the afternoon. At 1:30, they told me my prescription had been canceled and I would have to reorder. Suffice it to say I will be taking my custom elsewhere.Also, another time, I had to go in and simply not leave until they filled my husband's steroid prescription for something that was causing him debilitating pain. Their reason they hadn't filled it?: they didn't have the right dosage in a single pill, so they would have to give him multiple pills he would have to take at once.

On a trip from New York visiting friends, we needed a prescription filled. Pharmacy is closed on Sunday, no worries. We will get said prescription on Monday morning. Try to call, said pharmacy is still closed, thought because of the other terrible reviews (some from a year ago), they fixed the issues stated there. NOPE! Seems their pharmacy is closed due to staff shortage. Then went to another store about 10 minutes away, and they gave me the wrong directions to acquire and reroute said prescription. So lesson learned, don’t deal with Walgreens.Side note, it seems appropriate that the Walgreens that I’m reviewing cause I was physically in the store and spoke to a physical person. States on here that they are “temporarily closed”, that makes perfect sense.

Only reason I didn’t leave 1 star is because of the worker young black lady Diamond. She was so knowledgeable about the makeup and perfumes and was so kind and patient with me when I came in last week. Came in earlier today and I feel bad for employees because that Stephanie lady who is a manager or something needs a different job because she has HORRIBLE customer service. Diamond wasn’t available And that was very unfortunate because the customer service I received was so poor and lazy. Not the first bad experience with the Stephanie but I didn’t get her name for a review back then.

Walgreens have a beauty consultant!! I met with Diamond who was really amazing, she demonstrated how to use the flamingo wax strips on my side burns. She also spoke about skin while in the sun. When i left my peachfuzz was gone and my skin was soft .. next will be a full session ?

Aside from the inconvenient hours and no weekends at the pharmacy, the most concerning factor is the customer service. The techs who work at this location are rude and unprofessional. It’s extremely sad to have representatives like this representing the company, let alone the pharmacy.

I hate to give any place a 1-star review, especially during the current labor shortage. However, this location has taken a complete dive over the last year. Most of the new staff seriously need to brush up on their customer service skills. I've never encountered such a low level of professionalism and attitude problems in my life. Avoid this place like the plague.

I’ve been using this pharmacy since it was first built and my entire family and a few neighbors are switching to a different one due to the unprofessionalism in the pharmacy. As if the change in the schedule wasn’t enough, the pharmacists and techs are extremely ignorant and unprofessional. The girl with the glasses and tattoos on her arms should not even be working with the public. On each encounter with her, she is smart mouth, rolls her eyes and is downright nasty. This is completely unacceptable.

The pharmacy is now closed on weekends completely. Prescriptions are filled from 930 am to 6pm, WEEKDAYS ONLY. Meaning you'll HAVE to skip work to get your meds, or speak to a pharmacist.I cant imagine anything more troublesome.Walgreens - pay your pharacists enough to hire a normal staffing level. Dont put your troubles on the poor customers.back on your customers.

I started going to this Walgreens when my local one on Kirkwood Highway lost its luster. This one is clean, spacious and has excellent pharmacy service. If you don’t live near the west end of Possum Park Road in Wilmington you may not know it’s there. If you want your medication filled in a timely manner then go here. It’s worth it.
