This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Besides having bad attitudes, they seem to give you whatever they feel like giving you. Then blaming it on everyone else. The pharmacist is never to be seen. Always hidden in the back. It would be easier to see the President than to see the pharmacist

Never will I use Walgreens and particularly this store again. 2 weeks ago I placed an online pick up order. Got the alert that it was ready and got to the store at 5:10pm and they had a sign on the door that they were closed for the day! WHY? This morning I gave it one more shot and tried an online pick up order again. My card now has a hold on it and the order did not complete. When I call they tell me they are having problems and I have to wait it out to get the hold released.

This complaint is for the pharmacy. My provider ordered antibiotics for me over 24 hours ago. I didn’t have time to pick them up yesterday. I come in today at 4:10 pm and my prescription still isn’t ready? Since when does it take over 24 hours to fill a prescription for antibiotics. I was almost late for work because when I got there they wanted 45 minutes to fill the prescription. What a JOKE!

This Walgreens is trash. Half the time they closed during open hours. Pharmacy is never open. They were closed 3 days this week plus they closed on weekends already. They are so unorganized. Get some people who actually want to work. Rite aid and CVS never have these issues. Don’t even waste your time going here. They will probably be closed.

Dirty and always closed. Roaches crawling all over the place. Long lines for the pharmacy and to check out. I’ll be getting my prescriptions somewhere else. Yuk.

I will give you zero stars if possible customer service was terrible. I was trying to return a gift card and he said I could not.I really wanted to return my gift card because it would not work and he would not let me do that.Even with the receipt I couldn’t do it

If you take the pharmacy portion out then it's 5 stars but since the pharmacy is part it's 2 stars. Don't use the pharmacy at this location. Drive further to a different location or use the CVS or riteaid across the streets. The current pharmacist will refuse filling and refills due to personal beliefs and legally there's nothing that can be done about it. It is their protected right to refuse to fill medications.

Was hung up on after I asked for a simple thing to be done with no confirmation it was done. When I called back to make sure it was filled and get the number to file a complaint for the person who gave me attitude for a second time (the last time I was there the decided to NOT fill my prescription without a call or anything to me about it and had attitude when I wanted to pay myself for the medicine) Today I was told have a nice day and hung up on and was told I couldn’t have the number or a manager to file a complaint. Generally when someone is hung up on and their concerns are not heard it makes them upset. I am glad that finally after an hour of MY time and 3 phone calls the store manager took my call and my grievance was heard. Without people like me your business would not exist. No wonder they have a terrible rating. Have dealt with other Walgreens locations for years, never a single problem until I started coming to this location. You deal with the public and your staff should be equipped to do so attitude free, if they are not able to do that then they are likely in the wrong profession.

Recently, I found that the pharmacist in charge takes it upon herself to second-guess the doctor, approving renewal of a prescription to find out why the patient needs to take the drug. I called their main headquarters to get answers about that and found out that is not company policy to do that.

Terrible pharmacy, my doctor prescribe one drug they give me another with a smaller potency did not informed me, and when I get home, was too late they are close at 6pm, now I 30 minutes in the line to talk to a 24 h pharmacy.
