The only real issue with this Walgreens can be a long wait to checkout which is fueled by corporate refusing to use self checkout, and employees being stretched thin on the schedule, again a corporate issue.
The customers are pretty rude here, i’ve waited in line multiple times because someone is struggling to use a debit card or type a correct phone number in, but will be the first to complain when an employee isn’t running to the register to ring them up in the first 5 seconds of standing there. The employees don’t wanna talk to you, pharmacy and all; if you see a bad review here take it with a grain of salt, because the customer base is mostly old cranky cigarette smokers who refuse to believe a minimum wage employee won’t break they’re back for them.

My mom purchased a gift card fromthis Walgreens. Someone stole the giftcard information before it was ever used. My mom tried to get her money back. First she contacted Walgreens and spoke with the manager. They told her there is nothing they can do. Then she tried to call the bank to dispute the charge. Walgreens then disputed the charge at her bank. She is out of the gift card and they will not reimburse her. The staff and managers were truly unhelpful getting this matter solved. Do not buy gift cards from this store!!!

I noticed that the unit price on Loratadine was incorrect. The manager agreed they met with me. We had the time to do that togetherly today.

Always great for all medical care and support and needs. Most stores usually are awesome but if you're not sure about 1 place then definitely try another. Guarantee satisfied with medical care.

This is a nice clean store, no complaints, my wife uses the pharmacy too and has had no major issues there either. Fairly large store with as decent a selection as any, the employees have been nice too. My one complaint is that I find the suburban location inconvenient; I used to frequent the old Walgreens on Main street, I would be in there at least every few weeks; now I can't walk to a Walgreens, only a Rite Aid or CVS. Although I am rather partial to Walgreens of the three major chains, I am always going to favor the stores I can walk to over the ones I can't. This is now the closest Walgreens to me, and it's too far to walk to. So yeah, that's my big lament and why I can't in good faith give this store 5 stars.

Pharmacy staff never have an answer to your question, only the manager. Manager is not helpful when you ask a question about wait time. Staff has no regard for customer wait time.

3 people standing around talking about the concert from last night can't figure out how to print out a document uploaded to their system twice. Guess the second shift is smarter because they don't have any issues printing. But for now on it's easier to go across the parking lot to post net.

LaTia in the pharmacy is completely useless and rude. Walgreens are run down dumps now anyway. I'm switching over to Rite-Aid ASAP.

The store was clean and well stocked. An employee named Katrice was very kind and helpful!

Surburban Walgreens Pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever used. Four months ago, someone showed me how much lower the cost of medications were after I met my deductible. I switched in November and at that time, my deductible was met, and yes, the out of pocket cost was a bit less. But cost isn't the only thing...Suburban Walgreens is closed on the weekend and does not have extended evening hours. There is usually 4 --5 (or more) people waiting in line. I wouldn't call the staff helpful or pleasant. I'm so sorry I left Rite Aid and will returning shortly. The 1 star is too generous.

Cashier advised coupons were only taken from the app? Don't believe this is true, unless it's very recent, as at Walgreens in Pleasant Prairie, WI, where I live, the cashier's know what's on sale even when I don't & scan the coupon from a brochure for me. So I didn't get the sale price since I don't have any app. Cashier was very much not helpful. Didn't get her name but she had blue hair & lots of piercings on her face which I could care less about but it made her memorable.

Personally… I always feel discriminated against whenever I come to this Walgreens. The manager or whoever the man is with the accent always follows me around as if I’m going to steal something. He never asks if I need help but he’s always everywhere I am… I’m more than capable of paying for anything I need or want. I’ve never stolen anything a day in my life… not even as a kid. I really don’t appreciate being followed around the store as if I’m a thief.

By far the worst experience ever. If you are a person of color do not come to this Walgreens. When I first walked in nobody greeted me, however greeted the white people that walked in a few seconds after me. I went to get a booster shot, and the Pharmacist on duty (Linda Cheung) proceeded to stare at me for two good minutes until she decided to assist me after doing nothing. Like I said if you need to go to a Walgreens there are plenty of others in the area to go to. DO NOT GO HERE!
