This is my local Walgreens. The staff are excellent - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy salesman-types. The reason for my 3 star review is Walgreens' higher up management who decided to drastically cut pharmacy hours without warning customers. It doesn't open until 9:30am M-F now, so we can't pick up prescriptions before work. It closes at 6 p.m. M-F, which is very early if you work any shift that ends later than 5:3.0pm. And, in case that isn't inconvenient enough, there are no longer ANY weekend pharmacy hours. Thanks ever so much, Walgreens management. Not. :( (I still love the pharmacy staff, though)

Stopped in for a flu shot last Saturday October 23rd. Made a phone call the day before to ask if it was necessary for an appointment and was told we didn't need one but that we needed to arrive early as the pharmacy gets busy with shots. My husband and I arrived at 8:45 and were the first ones in line. The Pharmacy opened at 9:05 and the lady proceeded to ask us what we needed help with. Once I told her we were there for flu shots she pulled out a list of names and started looking through the list, apparently looking for "our names". I politely interrupted her and told her she wouldn't find our name on that list because we were "walk-ins". Well that did not sit well with this employee she huffed and she puffed as she told us we needed an appointment! I explained that I had called the day before and was told they accepted walk-ins AND there is a BIG sign at the entrance that says "Walk-ins welcomed for vaccines". She checked with the pharmacist who told her he would take us even though we didn't have an appointment! Another gentleman walked in for the same and was turned away. Why on earth do you have advertisements and signs for vaccines if you are going to give your customers a hard time when they stop? Needless to say we will never come back to Walgreens for our shots. We will go to Riteaid where they welcome EVERYONE regardless how busy they are.

I had an extreme bad experience on sat night trying to fill a perscription. My daughter had a severe allergic reaction ,her doctor was calling a script in at 4:00. I tried calling done there to see if it was ready. I was put on hold . 45 min later my family also tried calling we were all on hold an hour and a half later.I called the front of the store they said pharmacy was busy. Around 7:30, still on hold we drive to the store. As we pulled up the doctor called saying she couldn’t get through she needed to talk to the pharmacist to order the Rx . She said they were very rude to her and told her they were busy and she should call later. Never anytime in her practice was a pharmacy so rude to her. This Rx was needed immediately. Inside the pharmacy we found a long line waiting to drop off. We found out that the pharmacist had been giving COVID shots since 4:30 . No filling rxs . One tech just taking the drop offs. We spoke with the manager Angela who was far beyond helpful .but this is Unaccepptsble ! It was so wrong for the pharmacist to Only be giving COVID shots and neglecting her other duties. The phones were all put on hold and not being answered.. the manager checked and said the Rx had been called in.she said she would see what she could do. I went home and called the manager she said Pharm said it would be ready in thirty. When my daughter went there after work at 9:45 pm it still wasn’t filled. But the manager insisted she wait and the finally filled it. Finally around 10:15 it was filled . This was a horrible experience. The store is 24 hours especially for an Rx that is needed and can’t wait till the next day , I want and explanation as to how the pharmacist can give COVID shots that many hours straight. And neglect filling any rxs. And I have validation none were filled check you time stamps. ATTENTION. Anyone else who had a problem on Saturday eve Oct. 9th please share you story because I know there were many

Love this Pharmacy. They are always polite and patient. I had to call them a few times in a row for drug cost and information. They answered all my questions and helped me with GoodRX coupons. They also filled my prescription fast. I've been using them for 3 years.

If you would wait to call a customer advising that their Rx's are ready, until ALL of their Rx's are ready, you would have happier customers. Making multiple trips is not convenient.

Linda an employee was very rude thinking she could talk to me any way like I was beneath her. Not realizing she works for the public as a customer service representative for the store. She was making of false information saying she would charge me for services that were not real.

The girl in electronics was more worried about another employee than me . I told her twice I had a rewards card . she rang me up without it . so I didn't get the discount or my bonus points . Won't go back . if im spending money . PAY ATTENTION TO ME ! So the b**** COST me money .
