I always have a frustrating experience when I try to print pictures at this location. They have 3 computers, 2 of them do not work. As you can see, please save yourself some time and go somewhere else if you need to print pictures. Management please get new machines for your store.

The store is great. The customer service by phone is 100% INCOMPETENT. My Dr called in refills. The Dr is in Delaware as am I. Walgreen's filled them in OHIO where I have not been in 3 weeks. They claim the pharmacy is closed until Monday. I need my medicine TODAY. IT IS FRIDAY AT 630 PM.

We were without insurance for a while and my husband has a very expensive prescription. Juan in the pharmacy here was so nice and helpful. He made sure we got the best price and even made some really good suggestions I hadn’t thought of for the next time. That kind of customer service deserves recognition.

Very obvious that the management here treats their staff poorly. Read the other reviews. Management also forces their employees to hand receipts to their customers. They seem scared of their management… sad to see.The staff associates working the registers are kind. However I am doubtful of the management

I wanted to buy bodywash but the store associate told me she cannot allow me to hold the item because she might lose her job. I informed the manager on duty that I was offended by such a comment but the manager said “it’s just a bodywash”. I felt discriminated and just walked out. I will be going to cvs or rite aid next time. Horrible customer service!

If it could be 0 stars it would be. The pharmacy department needs to stop saying people's prescriptions out loud. I am not sure if it is a HIPAA violation but it should be. This needs to stop immediately

Paid to have my passport pictures done. Complete incompetence by the staff. The picture was not approved and now I have to travel to Washington DC to have my passport done in person or miss my only vacation in 10 years. I was refunded but that did no justice to the inconvenience I am now faced with. Don’t advertise professional services if you can’t deliver. Worst experience ever. Go somewhere else for your pics trust me

This Place sucks the customer service is horrible. they have no clue about your prescriptions they won't lift a finger to call your doctor when there's any kind of dispute. if you're smart you'll stay away from this place it is horrible. Clueless Classless. Ignorant!

Everyone I've been in contact with at this location has been extremely kind and helpful. This applies to the pharmacy as well. Just today I faced a potential delay in medication I rely on, thanks to the insurance company ?. I spoke to a pharmacy associate (Jasmine), who cleared up the problem immediately. It's so refreshing to come across people who go out of their way to help out. Highly recommend this Walgreens!

If I could give this location no star I would! From the Pharmacist Mimi all the way to the manager Richard this place does NOT know or have customer service. Buyers beware, if you have an encounter and need any assistance with one of them they are very rude. Mimi did not try to assist with a medication issue and rushed me off the line. I called to complain to the manager who said “well what to you want me to do about it?” They need new staffing at this location!

Called to make sure my script was ready, a medication that I need to keep me from vomiting that I had been out of, the pharmacist said the script was ready and I could pick it up. Going some where while vomiting nonstop is hard enough got to the pharmacy waited in line and the script wasn’t ready. This would be totally acceptable if I hadn’t called 15 minutes prior to make sure it was ready and found someone to drive me since during these episodes I have difficulty driving. So I had to stand in Walgreens hoping I didn’t vomit while waiting and the pharmacist was not considerate or understanding. They did fill the script but the only person that seemed to even remotely acknowledge the inconvenience was the poor pharmacy tech who has to work with the miserable unprofessional pharmacist. Also the medication comes prepackaged in a box it’s literally as easy to fill as birth control you just need to grab the correct box. Will be switching pharmacies.

This Walgreens always has lines a mile long and never enough staff to handle the need, they never have what you need in stock, whether it's medications or other basic goods, they always wait until they run completely out before reordering, etc. I've never seen such a poorly mismanaged store, it's ridiculous.

I have been trying for four days to reach the pharmacy. Every time my turn comes up, they put me back on hold. I've been on hold as long as an hour. Apparently, no one in the pharmacy cares to answer phone calls. I'm calling because they're trying to fill an order I did not request. I do not know why they're trying to refill a medication that was not requested, maybe if they actually answered the phone I would know how they've come to this mistake.
