Since you can’t give a zero. It says the store opens at 11. At 1220 the store is locked with an employee in there. While in my car the employee came out with her head set on locked the store and got in her car and drove away. That’s terrible customer service.

Very helpful in setting up my new phone as I had to switch carriers. They took the time to make sure everything on the phone was set up and ready to go before I left. They have one of the highest ratings for Verizon stores in the state for good reason.

I want to give a shout out to your employee, Gabrielle. She helped us with a cracked screen protector repair and went above and beyond to help consult about an additional purchase we will be making. She truly treats your customers with prompt, courteous attention and you should be proud to have her as an employee. Kudos to you Gabrielle!

I accidentally deleted all my contacts and went in panic mode so I went to the closet Verizon store which was at People's Plaza and Jeff got them back from being deleted. Thank you so much.

The store was entirely too busy goes from customer to customer and not finished with one at a time. We were told the pixel watch came free w the pixel 8 Phone and found out 2 weeks later it was not. We were not told that because of our plan we would get a discount and not get it for free. We made the call because of our bill not being told up front. False advertisement and also not informing the consumer of the entire story is not good costumer service AT ALL.

Extremely helpful. Wesley was awesome. I bought new phones from TCC/ Verizon store in Smyrna and Alex at that store ripped me offShe did not give me credit for my phones that I turned in.($1600) worth. Wesley was able to correct that. Thank God! I have also dealt with Gabe. She's great and very knowledgeable. Last but not least I spoke with Jeff, he's the one who told me when Wesley would be in, and if anyone could help me with my issue it would be him and he did. Thank you all so much for all you did.
