I had an off the wall problem not only did John help me he was so kind and understanding and returned my calls so quickly. He really made a difficult time easier. Customer service top notch!!!

I traded in an iPhone 11 for 15 with a good-humored, informative, and patient representative, Jeff in March. He was so patient with me when helping me decide the best plan for me and my needs. He also helped me upgrade my old Apple Watch to the newest! We really had great convos which made the experience all the better:)
