“Mark Bell the sales rep and Ally the business officer person did a very good job, both helping me get the truck I wanted from TX and arranging transaction and DMV-related administration. There were some minor initial glitches with Carmax's software, we thought the truck had been sold out from under us when in fact it was just being held for me... it was labelled as "sold" then later "unavailable". Once it came to the Newark DE branch, everything went smoothly and so far the truck is running quite well. We'll see how the Service department does with it next week on some issues that should be covered under warranty, hopefully things will go well. The 125 point inspection and 3 month/4000 mi warranty give me greater assurance of a sound vehicle, as opposed to buying from a random private seller. If Carmax continues to perform well, I'll recommend the company to others.”
