Just had a UPS driver walk up to my door and immediately start writing a missed delivery notice was on my step less than 20 seconds timed by my ring video doorbell, and didn't even knock on the door. While my 3 year old watches from the window, did he think my toddler was home alone?!?!? Nothing but problems since my driver was switched, DO BETTER UPS!!!!

I had a live fish order they said it wad behind when it wasn't. Said it wasn't there when it was. Then left the box on a cold pallet instead of a warm room. Fish almost died.

The guy who helped me the other day went above and beyond. The sign said closed ( it was 230pm on a weekday), I pulled the door in disbelief, and the sign was right. I began to return to my car. A gentleman opened the door, asked me to return, and took my package and phone to get the qr code. Returned my phone and wished me well. Kudos to you, sir, for making my afternoon a bit better, and thank you

first time i came here, because they ship my package to the ten minutes near by Chinese international express factory, and recipient address not that address. they ship without look it shipping label information. i came early today wait two hours at till they open 4 o'clock. i need ups worker went that place pick up my package back to the place recipient support to be Delivery address(Chinese factory manager never back to work place, and inside worker not let pick up my package, up level llc company customer service also said need ups coming to pick this mistake package). or any near ups store or access point. OMG
