I was just charged double what I normally pay for the same exact service for the same exact products and for what because the child behind the counter moved items from my box to a UPS store box? And I’m charged all these extra fees. What pissed me off the most was these children behind the counter were just absolutely rude after I questioned them about it. There’s no need for that stuff. I’ll just go to my UPS store by my house. They’re way nicer.
Update: this store was going to charge me 50+ i opted to pay for the box and extra packing services (Tape) and go elsewhere... shipping was 35... I went to the store in Bear (Much more friendly) I was charged 24 to ship. I have the receipts to prove it.
Go elsewhere this store is not only RUDE but they over charge you.

On top of all of that I get a generic response and you say I hope you’ll be back soon? I would never be back. You charge MORE THAN DOUBLE what I usually pay for the same service and your staff is rude. No thanks.

It is accessible with free parking. The team at work is very helpful to the customers and quite reliable to their needs for success

Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
Even though it’s a busy store, they do a great job keeping things moving and making sure no one waits in line for long.
The Amazon return process is super easy, they even have two self-service stations, but a staff member is always happy to help if needed.
Their commitment to customer service really stands out and anyone who says otherwise should really reevaluate themselves!
Highly recommend and keep up the great work!

Maki B and Jeremy S were absolutely wonderful. Not only were they extremely helpful to me but I watched them be friendly professional and helpful to everyone that came into the store. In between customers they kept busy keeping the store tidy. I was so pleased with the service I received. Thank you Maki and Jeremy.

She was so very kind and I was grateful for her exceptional customer service care!! This will be my go to UPS store from now on!!

Highly efficient, polite and friendly service, always! My visits to the UPS store are so quick that sometimes it’s unbelievable! I wonder sometimes if they’ll ask for more details so I walk outside the door a bit slowly, but they never ask for more info! It’s just so quick and convenient! Thank you for your service.
