I had a fantastic experience with Trent. I was looking for some repairs on my 2015 Beetle (brakes/trans flush/belt replacement) and he came highly recommended from a local Facebook group. Trent was incredibly helpful with resolving some persistent issues that caused my 04 jetta tdi to not pass DE inspection. He fit me in with less than 24 hr notice and resolved the issues while I waited in less than 45 minutes. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable! Had flickering lights and Advanced Auto claimed it was the alternator. I called Trent at 630PM and he waited for me despite how late it was to test my battery and alternator, and determined it was the battery and gave honest recommendations. Expert VW assistance. Highly recommended.
