Customer experience just not up to par. Slow at drive thru or walking in. Charge extra for my wife to cash check for me when I was ill. Also compared to other banks daily and monthly mobile deposit limits too low.

Americans least convenient bank. Tried to call and make a change to my account for a new phone number but they need the old one to make changes. It's about time I change banks.

I needed to exchange cash for a graduation gift and stopped at this bank as it was the only one open. Unfortunately they only serve their own customers, and refused service to me.Guess I’ll never be a customers of theirs now.

They don't like to pick up even when they have noo customers. The young girls gave misinformed information & somewhat have attitudes so i like to use the machines more than interact.

Reporting checks cashed under the required amount of the IRS on their own reconnaissance. if you cash a check over $10,000 it’s mandatory to fill out a form for a bank. this outfit filled out an IRS form on me for $9000 not because they had to simply because they like to report you to the IRS. as well as if the check holder does not answer their phone call they will not cash the check. I would stray from doing business transaction with this outfit.

Excellent service from Vinci Constantino. She was so patient with me changing my mind a couple times and looked into all my requests. I was considering moving banks because I’ve had a hard time previous but Vinci is great and I think I will stay.

Have you EVER been to a bank that 'runs out' of $100 bills? Well, I sure have. THIS BANK BRANCH -- REPEATEDLY. I have tried to get $2000 or $3000 in $100 biils numerous times. Chances are about 50/50 they have them. QUESTION .... what POS bank has no cash? THIS ONE!Absolutely ridiculous and unexcusable

Horrible customer service, have a business account with TD bank ....I have been doing wire all along ...the staff here cannot find existing template ......waisted an hours ....moving to BOA....td bank was good one point of Time......

Every time I come in its a 30 min wait. Today I came in and there were 2 lines when I got here and they cut it down to 1 with 6 customers; allowing 2 people to cut in front of me who arrived 15 minutes AFTER me and after I had already waited 25 minutes. This is actually the THIRD TIME this exact thing happened. I abhor coming to this location and only do so because it is "conveniently" a 2 minute walk from my job. If you have the opportunity,absolutely do NOT come here.
