I came in for my appointment to have my screen fixed. I show up and they don't have my screen in. They tell me I can come back in 3 hours or they will send someone to my house with a van and they fix it in there van. I chose for someone to come to my house. It's memorial day weekend I might add. Nobody shows up. I call them back and told me my order was never completed in the store and that they don't come to my area which is 10 min away. I'm furious know one told me that there. They told it would be free of charge if someone came out cause my insurance. Now they won't come out and I have to go there to get my screen fixed and it will be a 30 dollar charge. I'm done with AT&T they are horrible at customer service all they did was lie to me.

Went to get a replacement event phone but I needed to get case and screen protector at the same time. I couldn't believe that this could not be accomplished. This store always disappoints. The staff tried to accommodate but .......

Lillie was amazing and so helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. I've already recommended a friend to go see her at the store! I like my new phone too!!

Came in for an upgrade. We didn’t get the reps name but I was more so put off at the short responses and minimal information. I had to drag information out of the girl. I then asked for another rep but the manager seemed to make it personal when he approached me asking me “what the problem” and then went on to tell how long the reps been at the store. I just left, it was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I think I’ll wait to upgrade. Thanks AT&T for an uncomfortable experience.

Jailene was AMAZING. We were in store for about an hour and a half but she made our experience a wonderful one. She was absolutely one of the best customer service people I have ever encountered.
OAN…. The day after I paid my bill I got an email offering 50% off. Must admit I was and still am very irritated. I feel like someone should honor the email. I called customer service and no help. Honestly the only reason I stayed was because of Jailene at this point.

Honestly, best tech/comm visit ever!!! Not only did I get the solution to my issue (which was an Apple issue not AT&T), but was treated like a king as the staff were all very helpful, warm and friendly! One of the managers (Henry I believe?) was engaging and upbeat to top it off.

Brendan was great! Greeted me immediately, sorted the issue with the other store and transferred all my data while helping find accesories for my new phone.

Jay Lee my representative was very patient absolutes wonderful took the time to help me download my information to my new phone the store was very busy and he was able to multi task and take care of all the customer,he should be recognized for an excellent job. I will definitely will come back.

I have been a customer of AT&T for well over 10 years will each of my family members having a line. I have no issues with the service until recently. I purchased a new iPhone 15 for my Son in DEC. The lady who assisted me told me I could simply upgrade his phone at now additional change and would have 30 days to return his old phone. Today I retuned that phone to the same store without issue. 2 hours later, I get a call from the Store manager, Kelly, who tells me that I cannot change this phone in and that I must "buy" it out for $400. I would not have purchased the new phone had I known this was going to happen. This WAS NOT communicated to me at the time of purchase. Looks like Verizon will be getting another new customer!

Went in today because my old screen protector was broken. Louis helped me and put on my new screen protector. He did it super quick!! He was very friendly and did a great job!

This Christmas holiday I worked with Lillie at the midway AT&T location to get myself and my 2 daughter new iPhones! She was absolutely amazing and even took our experience a step further and assisted reviewing my internet/tv bill and how I could reduce my payments by supplying other options. Thank you Lillie for all your help! Everyone go see Lillie, she will get you what you need!
