I read reviews about the store manager, Dennis, and wanted to go to the store to get the Four iPhone 15s for $100 plan. True to the reviews, he is an amazing person, and gave us exceptional customer service. He is very patient and explained the plan in detail and gave his valuable suggestions. I would like to thank him and would like to recommend this store (store #9933, near food court) to anyone looking for T-Mobile services. Cheers !!!

Exceptional Customer Service!!! Got the back of my phone replaced at Apple and they told me I was all set. I go to leave and was having an issue. Another Apple employee told me I had to reset my phone completely at T-Mobile. Not sure why we were told two different things. T-Mobile closed and 6 minutes after they closed Mark let us in for the quick fix and was super nice and understanding!! Thank you Mark!!

Immobile Store #9933 Christina MallI went in to discuss billing and Home Wifi issues.Walking in was courtesy met by Liz ( store manager ). Immediately she assisted me with all of my issues as well as giving suggestions on how to make my home Wi-Fi run better for my gaming teenagers. I will only be coming to this store for upgrades and technical issues from here on.

Worst experience of my life-time at this store. I will never recommend this store to anyone for any business for T-Mobile sales/service here.We drove to this store to buy 4 device plans in March. The sales person named 'Infinity' has been a very good and professionally handled our transactions and we walked out with T-Mobile plan with 4 devices. She made it clear that the proper billing will only occur after 2 or 3rd billing.We have been getting over billed for our devices even after 3rd billing. I called up Infinity a month back after 2nd billing cycle. She asked us to call T-Mobile customer care and if they don't resolve, then come over back to Delaware store to resolve the billing issue.Since T-Mobile customer care didn't resolve as Infinity asked to come to the store, we visited the store on 7/15/2023.Infinity was trying to resolve but she said, she can only address one device issue and she cant address other device billing issues.I requested Infinity to let me explain the issue from my end, she didn't hear my side of the story and called up store manager (Liz or Lez - dont remember her name, referred as 'Liz' here onwards in following message).Liz, the store manager, came up and started shouting at me saying , its all sorted for you, if not satisfied, go with some other carrier and leave T-Mobile.I again said, let me at least explain my side, she was reluctant to listen and said, 'leave the my store else I will call security'.She is store manager and does not have basic ethics to handle the customers at store. She need to go back to school to learn basic ethics.It is extremely disappointing and appalling experience at the store due to Liz, the store manager's behavior. Her actions were completely unacceptable and reflect poorly even on the company as a whole. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, but Liz, the store manager's behavior was the complete opposite. Her rude and unprofessional conduct not only tarnishes the reputation of the store but also creates a hostile environment for both customers and employees in the store. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated, and I strongly urge the company to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future with at least customers. Customers deserve better treatment and a positive shopping experience, and it is crucial for the management to uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.

This experience that I had was the worse experience ever. I have been a customer with T-Mobile for over 16 years and this experience had me second guessing why I am with T Mobile. Store Reps did not have correct information and weren't very helpful. I will not be visiting this store again unless there are different staff working there. Even the store manager was not helpful.

I had gone to the store to get a new phone for my son. I had waited in line for almost 40 minutes which I don’t blame them for, but after I had gotten my turn I was assigned to an agent who had an expression on her face like she hated her job. Acting very rude, she reluctantly got the phone I asked for. After, she asked for my id and she got an alert saying “fraud”. She immediately started leaving the table and said “it says you are a fraud and you have to leave”. We simply asked her for a solution or the steps to solve the problem and she gave us a vague response, clearly hinting she didn’t want to help us. We repeated our question, and she started acting defensive saying “she didn’t want to lose her job” and the “we are being offensive”. She started whispering to her co worker acting offended as if we had caused the issue. She created an unnecessary scene at the store. It was clear she didn’t know what she was doing as we had been to that same store before numerous times and had never faced such an issue. She didn’t even intend to help us, and I am very disappointed with my experience.

I called T-Mobile customer service to order 3 Apple iPads for my kids because my T-Mobile app could not add more than 1 tablet at a time into the cart. The reason why I wanted to order it online because “when you add a device online or on the T-Mobile App, you save yourself the $35Assisted Support Fee charged in stores andover the phone.” For some reason their system was down and they couldn’t help me.Then, I drove to King of Prussia Mall to order them but the manager said they can only reimburse me the activation fee on my next billing period. I was not happy about that so I left and called the T-mobile at Christana Mall and told them my situation and they told me they are willing to help me.When I got there, the sales association Chris help me order my iPads right away and the manager Zack added the reimbursement activation fee to my account the same day! The entire process went smoothly.Overall, Chris and Zach gave me extraordinary customer service and I will be going to that T-Mobile store from now on. Thank you guys!!
