I’ve tried to return 2 devices at that store, since they are closest, and they won’t do it. I also had a very hard time adding a person to an existing line. Employees aren’t well trained

Called to see if they have a particular phone in stock before coming into the store. Staff refused to tell me, stating that information is confidential. Really? Didn't realize this was a state secret! Funny how every other store doesn't have a problem saving customers time by providing this information.

T-Mobile used to be a wonderful company but unfortunately the quality of service has significantly declined. I have tried for over a month to simply move from a family plan to an individual account. A process that was supposedly fairly simple according to the customer service center. Yet I had to speak to over 5+ T-Mobile reps and none of them have actually done their job. What an absolute waste of time. If you are considering becoming a new customer, don’t even waste your breath or time with them.Between the online customer “care,” team and I use that word “care,” very loosely, no one including the store associates were able to be of actual assistance. Just a whole bunch of people talking in circles. The only real advice I got was from one of the store associates who agreed that the service was awful with the company. That individual was the only honest person throughout this entire process. As a long time T-Mobile customer I once enjoyed the services but after a month of having to continually repeat what I needed and being lied to by the chat and phone representatives, I decided to go with a more professional company, Verizon.

I had to come to this store to take the suspension off of my found lost phone. I was greeted at the door by Jayda. She was very helpful. She told me about promotions that T-Mobile was having and I decided to purchase trackers. She was very patient and explained them so this non tech person could understand. They had to be shipped so I'm not sure how the trackers work but I was surely satisfied with the level of customer service that I received from Jayda.

I walked into the store and I found the phones I needed but the guy was trying to upsell accessories which were not obligated but the guy says it is mandatory you buy those things. He wasted a lot of time in selling those things to me which I repeatedly denied. I could not get the phones I needed because of those accessories I had to buy as per the sales person.

I'm T-Mobile. I've been a customer for the past two years, and I've never had a negative T-mobile experience. I frequently refuel at East Main Street #109. Sam, a mobile expert, provides impolite responses. I had two negative experiences with him, and I had to wait 45 minutes for a recharge. I instructed him to add one additional employee so that the customer would be content. then he responded in a disrespectful manner by saying that you must arrive before 10:00.I'm pleading with everyone not to come here; instead, go to another store.

Terrible service. They sent me away after customer service told me to go there. I called customer service to help and resolve my issue and they told me to go back to the store. No way!! I will not be going here again. Thanks for nothing, T-mobile.

I had internet at home with AT&T until June 2022. I stopped the service and returned all the equipment on July 5th to UPS as the ATT agent had instructed me to do so. And I removed the auto-payment option and my credit card from my account in AT&T. After a few days, I received an email from AT&T that I should return the equipment by July 25th or they will charge me $164. I contacted AT&T and told them I have already returned the equipment and have the receipt for it. They said that I shouldn't worry because it takes a few days to process returned equipment. Then in late August, I noticed that they have charged my credit card $164 even though I had removed my credit card from my account! Charging me for returned equipment is one thing but keeping my credit card information and charging it without my authorization is obviously fraud. I contacted ATT support multiple times. Eventually, someone from AT&T contacted me and confirmed that they have received the equipment and apologized, and refunded that amount to my credit card. However, a few days ago I noticed that there is a collection claim against me for that amount and AT&T has sold my account to a collection agency. And I noticed that they have charged my credit card again!

Got new phones and it was ok. The one lady didn’t seem to really care about anything and the guy was trying to upsell everything in the store. The experience took way too long, over an hour to get an upgrade. There are better stores than this one.

Fantastic location. A small store with 2-3 hard working employees. They're so hard working and nice to be around that I didn't feel uncomfortable being in the store for over an hour when I switched from AT&T. Sales rep #****939 (I was so engaged I forgot to ask his name! Got this from my receipt!)was a extremely friendly and helpful person and helped secure me a fantastic deal for internet and mobile. Would definitely recommend this store in the future, they're very good at what they do and seem to care a lot about the consumer, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you for helping me and my dad out today!
