Kaprice was very helpful. Provided me with all the information and documentation I needed. She also answered all the questions I had. Customer service was excellent and I would use this facility again.

It was fast and easy to reserve my unit. The lock being in the unit for you is a nice added benefit. The one time I had to go into the office,I was greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude. I appreciated it. A couple of disappointments or downsides; my unit doesn’t measure out to 10x10. There’s a cutout in the space that makes it shorter than the advertised space. Also I thought the garage doors were a little cheap. They don’t seem very heavy.
