Prices keep increasing and our indoor unit was very damp with mold in places. So much for climate controlled.
Update: The issue was addressed with management after they contacted us as they were concerned with the issues laid out.

These people suck. Don’t rent from them unless you want rent increase every 6 months and scamming. I asked for a manager to call me back about a rent increase issue and that was last week. I was told they would contact me within 48 hours and that didn’t happen. Also asked for the district manager to call me back and that didn’t happen either.

I've had a storage unit at this facility for 2 years . The rent has increased by $120 over that time frame. I contacted customer service and was told that the rates are comparable with other competitors. This is not true! I've never rented anything to where the rent doubled over 2 years.
