I had a great experience yesterday at this Staples store. Dante, my checkout register person, was extremely helpful. He was patient in allowing me to fumble through my Staples Connect App to get my coupon that I wanted to use. I couldn't retrieve it but he helped me anyway. Small gestures like this go a long way. Thank you, Dante!

Seems like a typical Staples store. Went only to return items to Amazon. Service was very good. The woman handled the returns quickly and efficiently.Staples gives a 15% discount coupon for in-store purchases to those returning Amazon items. Unfortunately it's only good for a day or two.

The copy center girl used to bring her kids into work with her. The current copy center female pays more attention to her own phone than she does to customers. If I could give less I would.

I came to get a few things laminated- I was acknowledged right away with a smile and a "I'll be right with you", which was nice. The guy, Adam, offered to cut my piece for me once it was laminated which was extremely helpful. I'll be back and I recommended. Thank you!

check your prices, shelf price rarely matches at the register, and if you mention it to the cashier, if you paid by card, he/she will do a return, then charge you the corrected price, so staples will hold on to your money 2-3 more business days, my advice, if you gotta shop at staples, do it online

Fat Caucasian man at print and marketing is disgusting. Not the one with the glasses. This one has like reddish hair. Picking his nose at the counter while doing orders. If he is there just leave and order elsewhere. He needs to be fired. Can’t believe what I just saw. So nasty.

It took an hour just to buy a black chair I wanted as-is that was marked 'Grab & Go" for a good price but then got a whole different story & was told it was out of stock. They said they had it in grey but for a higher price "boxed" and took a long time to find it. "Grab & Go" tags are misleading and certainly shouldn't mean you have to wait an hour to get the wrong thing at the wrong price. The cashier was nice enough to carry it to our car, and Staples has a big selection (just not of chairs). I'd recommend it for basic school and office supplies.

Service has hit rock-bottom in this store. The only visible associate didn't know what a modem was. The store manager didn't have a clue how modems and routers work together, but rather than admit that, she tried to fake her way through -- all this after leaving me standing for seven minutes after I asked for assistance. When the associate told her again I was looking for help, she said, "Yeah, I see her." I could hear her clearly. There only two other people in the store doing self-copying.

Staff here is miserable. I had a same day print order and I couldn't get an estimated time over the phone ... just to wait for an email, until it is done. I then go into the store to ask for a estimate and they were preoccupied with what their lunch Chinese-food order was going to include. Horrible staff. Two days later after going in again as no email was received, they finally printed the order with the excuse of 'umm, yea, sorry, we were busy'. I would avoid this location and recommend UPS, FEDEX, or any other local printing service if you want that, a service rather than being a bother for the staff.

I was charged regular price for an item that was on sale. I didn't realize this until I had already left and was on my way home. When I did notice this I turned around and went back. The cashier was very nice about giving the difference in cost.

This is a review for the Amazon Return Service: it’s very slow. They have to do one item at the time and print multiple stickers and scan multiple barcodes as well. Then, print your receipt for every single item. If you try to return more than 4 items, better go Kohl’s or the UPS store.

I had to let the gentleman who helped me know that I appreciated his kind service while I looked for a desk chair. There were so many of them available and being a senior - and not really knowing what kind of chair would suit me, I kind of wandered all over looking. My sales associate never gave up helping me to locate the right chair. I truly appreciated his help, and in this day and age, it's hard to find the kind of service that he so graciously provided.
