Staples in Newark on Chestnut Hill Plaza seems to really try to please the customers.
Now if I can convince the manager to allow me to advertise my notary services in store we can truly serve our community with full service convenience.

Was in route from PA and needed to stop at a staples. This location stated it closed at 8pm on Saturdays per the website/ google. Arrived and the door stated they close at 7pm on Saturdays. Fix your information on google pls.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I arrived at the store at 10:35 am and an hour and a half later my ordered print work had not been done. A bunch of overworked staff. If you looking for efficiency and value time, this is not the place to go.

I spent over 30 browsing and not a single associate ask if I needed assistance. There were maybe three other customers in the store. I definitely won’t be back.

I had a great experience yesterday at this Staples store. Dante, my checkout register person, was extremely helpful. He was patient in allowing me to fumble through my Staples Connect App to get my coupon that I wanted to use. I couldn't retrieve it but he helped me anyway. Small gestures like this go a long way. Thank you, Dante!

Seems like a typical Staples store. Went only to return items to Amazon. Service was very good. The woman handled the returns quickly and efficiently.Staples gives a 15% discount coupon for in-store purchases to those returning Amazon items. Unfortunately it's only good for a day or two.
