I was helped by really good salesperson who knew everything that was going on with the questions I asked him. He was very helpful and I was able to get a prepaid service for really the cheapest around. I think it's $15 a month for 3.5 gigabytes and $55 a month for 6.5 gb

Ab and all the associates were very helpful. Ab steered me toward the best suited for me. The whole store seemed to have a very cohesive and congenial atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I when to this store on Dec 26, 2023. The sales associate Louis was extremely rude, verbally abrasive and NOT customer friendly. I will NEVER go to this store again. I filed a complaint with the corporate office.

Amazing customer service! The 3 team members really showed what team work! They handled multiple customers with ease and so friendly. Ashley was my rep and she was the epitome of customer service! Left the store with a smile and a feeling of being cared for!

Came in with family half asleep for phone upgrades. Connor and Johnny were respectful of our financial concerns and upfront about all the details. Readily attentive to all incoming clients and suggestive but far from pushy. Knowledgeable, professional, great service. Class acts all around. That's one reason I recommend coming here, besides the great promotions this season

I’m in awe!!Went in to add a line to my account.As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately by Connor.I proceeded to tell him I wanted to add a line and sprang into action to help me.It was Friday morning before Veteran’s Day and the store was empty when I arrived. We began to talk and I felt like I mattered. The other team members were also amazing. I felt like I was with friends. We laughed and talked about current events etc.The issue with adding a line was complicated on the other phone carrier refusing to send a pin to port over the information to the new phone.Conner took on the dreaded task of dealing with the unnamed company. He yelled and demanded to be heard.At which point another T-Mobile customer who arrived after me said if he’s going above and beyond for their customer. I am a customer for life. I couldn’t agree with her more.After 3 hours. Yes, 3 hours later Connor and the team were able to get my extra line up and running.It was a long process, however Connor and the amazing team may the process bearable. With no fault on T-Mobile.I’m glad I visited. I usually do everything online.I highly recommend this store. I will definitely go in person again.

Have now tried twice to get a new phone. Both times were busy, the second time I waited more than 20 minutes, with no acknowledgement whatsoever of my presence. This included an employee who was so interested in expositing about possible discounts one customer could recieve that that customer wanted to leave, but the employee continued to talk. All without even acknowledging my presence. I will not be patronizing this store ever again.

Hit or miss . First visit went well , friendly . 2 nd time in a few days later , I had some questions and they looked up from their phones like we were bothering them with short answers. Big thumbs down!

As soon as we walked in we felt like we were a bother to the staff. No smiles the two young ladies just stared at us (braids and one had glasses). Daryl did take care of us but everyone needs to work on their customer service.
