Worst customer service . The lady over the phone instead of listening tried to yell on the customerShe even didn’t bother to mention her name and also she said if I keep on asking for someone else instead talking to her she will delete the order , I was asking her to stop yelling or let me speak to someone else who can assist me betterWORT WORsst experience everI don’t have her name but she doesn’t know how to talk to customer and she wasn’t willing to solve the issue atall

As I go through the comments and the reviews, I believe the manager hasn’t been changed yet she is the same worst manager or customer service person who was there over the phone rude who yells at people who doesn’t consider what is actually a customer service and who makes people think that they are of no value. I believe the owner should consider changing the lady who is so disrespectful, arrogant .WORST WORST WORSSSsSstttt experience ever in my life from this lady

DO NOT PURCHASE A SLEEP NUMBERThey break in a couple of years and than sleep number wants you to pay $300+ to fix the problem WITH already purchasing the warranty. Save yourself some time and maybe even some $$ and get a better/ more durable bed.

A year I bought the most expensive bed they offer.Do yourself a favor, and if you want to experience what these beds are like, just buy an air mattress and poke a hole in it.The most uncomfortable thing in the world.I like sleeping on the couch or floor better than this bed.The base is adjustable, but that's the ONLY thing that's even remotely decent.The automatic adjustments stopped after only a few months. And customer service assures you that it's your fault. At 33 years of age, I never suffered from back pain or sleep related issues. After purchasing this insanely overpriced bed, I now have both.Buying this bed has been one of the biggest regrets of my life. I wish I had got literally anything else. I find myself looking at old mattresses on the side of the road in envy of the comfort they provide.Paying thousands of dollars for back pain and the worst possible sleep is what this place gets you.STAY AWAY FROM THE LIES AND MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED ON THE PLANET!!!

Worst customer service of any retailer. I would not do business with this company. The store manager at The Christiana Mall store was very flip and condescending. The reclining base that we purchased and spent over $2500 does not fit our bed. There’s nothing “custom” about our bedroom furniture. Her response was for me to call customer service. She would not even try to set up a technician to come and look at the problem. Read the fine print. They do not except returns…

Promised delivery on time and A bunch of reschedules / missed appointments - Rude when we called back to discuss our troubles with them. I wouldn’t recommend them due to the 3 hour wait time on the 1800# - rude customer service from story manager- missed delivery appointments. Go get a regular mattress. Save your 8k!!!!

I should have ready the reviews before purchasing. Which is not like me at all, but I’m also great at leaving reviews good, bad, and ugly. Well here’s the good, bad , and ugly truth about sleep number in general. May 12th I was told my bed was going to be a MONTH out AFTER my purchase was complete on the sleep number card. The lady was nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Now committed to this bed we ordered not only the king bed, but the sheets, pillows, mattress protectors, pillow protectors etc. the works as well! My delivery was due to be delivered a month later, and everything else via UPS. Delivery date came around and due to sleep number refusing to do deliveries on a Friday (my only day off) we needed to reschedule, which then put us another month out. I found this very odd that we had to wait that long, and should have took that as a red flag. Nope, still to happy about the bed we have waited 10+ years to be able to purchase. Well it’s delivery reschedule day. We were due to have our bed delivered today (8/4) between the hours of 12-3PM. I left work early (which is 45 minutes away) to be home for the delivery. Nobody called to say otherwise, and I received a notification with directions on what to do for their arrival. The excitement has set in.. THEN.. 3:30PM rolls around and we STILL don’t have a bed. I called the customer service line to find out THEY LOST MY BED!!!! Not a clue in the world where it is. Customer service was not able to do anything (not even the manager) for me outside of rescheduling OR referring me to call another number “CEO line” which I find out may take 1-2 business days for them to return my call. Now it is 5:05PM and still nobody has called with an answer as to when this missing bed can be delivered. I will update my review, as they update me. #SLEEPNUMBERGETITTOGETHER *UPDATE* 6:30 I had to call AGAIN because manager Rich never called me back, now another manager is telling me I won’t get my bed until 9/1 and there’s nothing else they can do. The “CEO line” has yet to call back. If I don’t hear back by tonight, I’m contact a lawyer first thing. I will update as I am updated. This way everyone can see what type of customer service sleep number provides. I will be sharing on all social media platforms as well. This is unacceptable. *UPDATE 8/9* 6PM and I still haven’t received a call back from the “executive office” — I am on voicemail #3 ??♀️ *7PM UPDATE* Executive office called me back and we are now scheduled for 8/25 and $500 refund. We shall see what comes of this shenanigans.

My wife and I had a negative experience at this sleep number store today.We have been shopping for a new mattress for a few days now and had found hybrid mattresses that we both liked at Mattress Firm and Casper.We had heard good things from a neighbor about sleep number and wanted to see what the product line had to offer.We arrived in store approximately 30 minutes before closing and the sales associate politely explained that the mattress tryout process would require 45 minutes and suggested we come back another day since we only had about 15 minutes of “working time” left (maybe they needed some time to clean up and close shop?).I explained that we would prefer to make the most of the time and would prefer to avoid a second trip. I suggested that since we had already found a mattress we liked perhaps we could just tryout a single mattress in the same price range with the 15 minutes we had.The sale associate asked what the price range was. I replied that Hybrid Casper mattress we liked was $2,700 (top of the line queen size at Casper). The sales associate then told us we were better off just going with the Casper.We were put off by this experience and are disappointed we did not get to try the sleep number product line before making a decision.

2 hour notice of delivery cancellation “due to weather” (2 inches of snow overnight, but sunny and roads clear) on day of delivery. Couldn’t call the night before? Reschedule delivery for SIX weeks later??!!Love our 1st bed we bought from you 16 years ago, but you’re manners & customer service has gone down the tubes. If you fail to deliver on this new date, we will cancel the order totally. We already waited 8 weeks after our initial order (understanding Covid, supply chain issues, etc., etc.). But canceling our delivery last minute on day of delivery then expecting us to wait another 6 weeks without immediately offering additional accommodation for losing a work day, labor we spent breaking down old bed, etc is really pushing it.If new bed is not delivered on the rescheduled date, we’ll be canceling our order entirely.People- don’t waste your time, money or sanity on Sleep Number Company. Their customer service has become a cesspool in the last 16 years.

Purchased our sleep number knowing we had a platform bed they sold us an adjustable base. I come home from the install and the bed is 3 feet above our bed frame. The legs were left at the highest level and i had to jump to get myself onto the bed. When i called the store the associate was extremely rude and careless about the install. She gave me a customer service number and hung up. After speaking with customer service they could not send someone to fix the bed height for over a month so my husband and i spent 3 hours fixing it ourselves. Totally unacceptable for a $8500 purchase.
