Terrible service. The staff is not helpful, they really ignore customers and are on their own conversation instead. Not once did they ask if we needed help, I had to go interrupt their conversation & even then they were not useful. Their attitude was also plain rude.

Extremely offensive behavior from the staff lady that is supposed to serve. Showed discrimination and used words like “your country “
I walked into the store with my 62 year old mother and 2 kids 14 and 10, my mom from Indian origin wears a saree all her life and its her right.
We were no where to be greeted as we walked in. We started looking around some shoes for my mom and tried a few. The lady from behind started saying that we put the shoes down. Instead of getting some help, a nice greet or being asked if we needed some help, she was after us asking to pick the shoes we tried and put them back.
Meanwhile I could see that she is greeting others that entered the store.
My kids and I picked every shoe we tried and got in line to checkout for a pair that my mom liked. Luckily the ones outside fit her size, we didn’t have to ask for different a size. Can’t imagine what would have happened if I asked for one.
Finally we were in line and this lady was billing for me. She again pointed at another shoe that is hidden underneath a chair and tells me that I have to pick it up. REALLY!!!
Then she started raising her voice and yelled at me that people in your country may not keep things in place and started saying many more bad words.
With so much disrespect I left the place and will never go back again.
My husband and I live in this area for more than 19 years and we bought 4 pairs of shoes every year from this store and its so disrespectful to be treated like this.
I tried reaching customer service and place a complaint but Skechers customer service never picked up their phones.
My kids ask me every day if I was able to complain this is-behavior. With no other way to go I thought of leaving a review thinking that someone might read this or others be aware of this store.

Extremely disrespectful attitude of the staff, they gave me a trial shoe and went away. When it did not fit me properly, I left them near the box. The staff than started lecturing me that I have to only give it to them in their hands in a very rude manner.

The girl with multi color hair wasn't helpful, didn't help me until I was getting ready to walk out, however the black girl was helping another guy, she seems to have her customer needs in order. The Caucasian girl is lazy

There is no body at the store but the worker. He was helpful. The store have no prices tags. The are expensive over $100 for a pair of shoes.
