Packed with customers and two registers open. Employee shopping while on the clock and running back and forth to register. Dirty looking store as well

This shoprite is a joke, they turned every checkout to self checkout but never have any open. I bought 1 thing and it took me 17 mins to checkout. Hire people or open your registers.

Absolutely ridiculous! Put on hold over 7 minutes for deli. Get it together shoprite! That's why BJs and Jack's Country Maid at Milltown Rd took all your business!

Decent prices and better line wait times than all other ShopRite in the area but it's so dark and old. Idk why the other stores look so much better. This ShopRite is in the ghetto so maybe that's the reason. Either way, I only shop here when there's no other option but that's only because of it's location.

I like the store, but I wish they would stop moving things around. Also I have to pay for my bags, and I always forget to take my bags in with me

I don't have a problem with the store itself, although it could use a good overhaul inside. It's quite run down and unappealing to go to, but my real problem is the checkout lines. Don't fix what was not broken, put the cashier back on the other side of the checkout line. Not only does this create personal space and boundaries, but it gives customers back their privacy and makes the lines flow a lot faster. To have someone be able to look over your shoulder and see what PIN number you type is is outrageous and absurd!!! I had to actually tell the last cashier to look away when I was typing in my information. Whatever idiot designed these check out lines needs to be fired and replaced with someone competent. Until then, I will find a new grocery store that values its customers privacy, personal space and convenience.
