They usually have what I need and if they don't have it in stock , they can order it and have it within a few days which is way better than Home disappointment and low lowes. It is also cheaper.

Our experience was horrendous, this company should not be in business! We ordered a sliding glass door in July of 2022, arrived in mid Dec, installed on Dec 27, which took from 9:30am to 8:00pm - unbelievable! The best part is door was not closing properly, we had to force it shut, screen was broken up top, we were told they would send repair people out. They did a couple days later, repair person said he knew what the problem was and would order parts, which was never done, same repair people came back, played around again for couple hours, told me same thing, will order parts! WHAT the heck, next a manager Bill K contacted my husband told my husband they dropped the ball, don’t know how to fix door , have to refer to Anderson , to have them come out. By this time it is now Feb27 , no apology, nothing ! Anderson did come out , door has been fixed , done Mar 21. Anderson was wonderful. I would never do business with this company, lots of contractors use this company, so if you have a flood or fire, companies that do restoration work use this business, I would do my homework and not have the company do your work if they are using this business, you are going be out of you house for many many months, beware! ! The door is beautiful now and was expensive, especially since we are retired and use are money wisely, we were so disappointed and this company doesn’t care! Read the reviews!

This “business” is an absolute joke. Took them 3 months to order my doors that were supposed to be in within 8-10 weeks. 19 weeks later they are promised to be delivered to my hone yesterday. No call or communication of any kind. Today I call multiple times to get no real answers on whether they are being delivered today or not. This joke of a “business” has inconvenienced myself and my contractors immensely. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Tried to contact Shone Lumber. Purchased whole house large order of expensive Omega cabinets and cant get anyone to help with a repair. $5000 cabinet is falling apart: back is coming off and piece of shelf is coming off. Left messages because no one answers the phone but no one calls me back. Very disappointed!!

I’m a business owner (construction) and went there today Stanton branch got there right before they closed couple minutes, due to traffic I called when on my way and they said it’s ok to come by they got my return taken care of guy at counter very professional and guy in yard was very professional as well even though staying 30 minutes late on a Friday to help me out just wanted to thank you for your help shone (bmc) lumber great store.Frank
