Not bad just a little difficult to receive help since there was only like 3 people working but, the employees that were there were very kind. Also got some free things as my birthday just passed. Prices are a little higher but other than that it’s an okay store

Had a Very unpleasant experience with a cashier name Michelle. She tried to overcharge me for pants that were clearance. She was not listening and was very cold and rude. I finally asked for a manager and she told me no! ? I was in shock! I could not believe it. She said I did not need a manager yet she insisted on arguing with me and trying to charge me twice the price of the item I wanted to purchase. I even showed her the same item on clearance and she still did not listen or help. When I told her I guess I would have to get a manager she just shrugged her shoulders and said go ahead get one. The other cashiers were smirking and even the customers started to look at her and our interaction. I was embarrassed and I even feel discriminated against. I called to complain and the line disconnected twice. Finally got a manager who said sorry. I called back later and told the manager I still want the pants because I could not find them online. She will hold the pants for me and gave me the correct price. Michelle could not do that and she could've saved me a lot of drama time and frustration. They told me she normally works the floor and I guess she was covering the register. We also had a not so pleasant with the woman who takes the Amazon returns. She was sarcastic with my brother when he said the line was long. She said no sir that is not a long line and started to laugh. ?. When I went to return my items she did not greet me and just kept staring at me. I finally asked her if she could help me. She said

I love KohI's and have shopped at this store going on 2 years now. There is a nasty woman working at this location that is rude and nasty. Not just to customers but to fellow employees. I was in there Saturday evening and witnessed her addressing other employees, one of which looked as if she was ready to cry. Unacceptable! I've seen this woman Lisa frequently over my years of shopping and its disheartening to see that Kohls keeps her under employ when so many are in need if work. I will be writing to the corporate offices. What I witnessed is undeniably bullying and harassment.
