They have 6 vacuums, says it takes quarters, but not new ones. Token machine is shot and after 4 failed attempts to get a vac working, I found one that worked. 1 problem, it only vacuumed at about 35% suction force. Waste!!

Waste of time!
Went today and all the bays were being used
Pulled in won’t accept several credit cards-go to get tokens and the won’t accept those either!

Machine took my money for 2 transactions ($12 instead of $6) and didnt work at all. Just acted like it was finished without even begining. No customer service. Wasted money.

My car loves this car wash. The facility is very well organized and clean. The employees are professional and courteous. The prices are what you would expect. The vacuum cleaners all have the correct attachment and they all work. To the management employees keep up the good work you're doing a very good job. Sincerely Roy Jones

Not very user-friendly for 1st time. When activating the switch selection, it didn't start right away. There was a delay on 2nd bay from rightSaid 30 minutes for $6.00, no count down that I saw to know how to pace my time.

-- STAY AWAY; You have been WARNED --This place is poorly maintained and you WILL loose some or ALL of your money. The price is now $6 for 30 minutes but the coin slots are defective and may or may not work. Meaning, if you insert 1 token, it might not register. If you manage to insert all 6, the machine might not start and now you have lost all of your money since the coin-return does not work.I lost $6.00 and called the number listed: 302-633-9134.A) it is run by a Real-estate co. called Financial & Consulting Services IncB) someone will answer and say "Maria at ex. 302 will help you, please leave the details". However, NO ONE will return your call or give you any additional information, never mind your refund. I called 4 times from 9/12/2023 to 9/28/2023. On the third call, I got "Debbie" and she was going to "look into it". Needless to say, she did nothing.Bottom line: save your money & time and go elsewhere.

THE NUMBER ON THEIR MACHINES TAKES YOU TO A FIRM THAT IS AN ANSWERING MACHINE. YOU CALL THE NUMBER SHOWN ONLINE FOR THE BUSINESS AND NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND NOT SAFE! DO NOT GO THERE! ALTHOUGH ITS ONLY 6.25 I AM FILING COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND OCC TO PROTECT PEOPLE AGAINST BUSINESSES LIKE THIS ONE!
