DO NOT Shop here! They sold me a Dry today that does NOT work! “John” promised me that they test all the appliances but that was a LIE! I called them when we got home and the dryer did not work. They would not do anything to help us! I had to return the dryer the same day! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Edward was a pleasant and informative customer ice salesperson. And I might add very honest as I actually accidentally dropped $100 on the floor and didn't realize and he picked up a couple minutes later and gave it to me. Needless to say I was thankful and very pleased with his honesty! A very good player they have there. Thank you!

Manger very rude his name Don he was actually yelling at us!!!!!! Really bad experience
We bought dryer 8/31/2024
We take it home we test it and didn’t work. We called store they told us to bring it back second day for exchange. We came back 9/1/2014 for exchange
This person his name is Don was yelling at us when he was at storage back to load dryer in car.
I have video of how he was yelling at us and raise his voice and told us we lie to him that this product is been used . I am going sue for this behavior to your customer!!!!!!!

Been coming down here foe about 20 years , since it was sears scratch and dent, asked to use the bathroom, they told me no public bathroom, they changed their policy, they told me i could go to Wendy's across the parking lot, you want me to spend $ 2,000- $ 3,000 dollars at your store, you just lost a life long customer, hope it was worth it, BYE,BYE!!!!

Appliance cost is great and reasonable but the cost of $130 for a 4 mile radius delivery is egregious and the money doesn’t even go to the delivery men! I was made to purchase water valves and the delivery men didn’t even put them on so that’s an additional $35. A $419 washer wound up costing over $600 by the time the extra fees were tacked on. I’d buy an appliance again but I’d never have them deliver install. Even the “salesperson” said it was ridiculous but that “it is what it is.” Not the greatest experience at all.

We had a great experience buying a refrigerator from American Freight! The prices were great and Edward was extremely helpful and professional. We have bought from here many times and will continue to do so.

I made a large purchase at the Newark Delaware store. Katie was fabulous to deal with through the whole process. Later in the week, I needed to make a small change to my order and the young man who I spoke with was also very helpful and resolved my issue
in just a couple of minutes.
UPDATE:
After about six months, nearly every piece was broken beyond repair and has since been replaced.
