They have a lot of different styles for scrubs, also some on sale. The only issue is, not too many men scrubs and barely any maternity scrubs. I know sometimes you see 20 things online and find at least 10, but with scrub pro you see 20 online and only find 2 in store. Also the customer service needs some improvement.

I am giving one star because I have to. This one person don't know her name is unprofessional and not respectful it's truly mind blowing she needs a lesson on customer service.People who know me know I'm very laid-back and just and NEVER write reviews. If it was before today which I recommended this store previously I would have given 4. I spent a lot of money over 4 years of going there 2 days ago I bought the wrong size pants fine ok I'll exchange them it's literally a Friday I bought them on wed. Again they were too small and 2 days old so how much wear did I get out of them?? This blonde lady with long hair never saw her there before to me looked like a regular worker holds my pants up and says nope can't exchange them they can to go back on the floor a manage should not say that regardlesswith customers around people with tags that actually wear the clothes a full day you put that back on the floor they have been worn loud with other people shopping ? um I was in on Thur and probably would have exchanged them but the system was down so I go Friday so this person says she's the manager smuggly when I asked to speak with one. I said ok,where's the owner?I'm obviously upset at this point because she has this attitude as if she is more superior I ask her to write down cooperates number I dial it I get a disconnected line this person manager is saying things back putting things on a rack smiling so I defend myself and say something back after I call the store a nice man answers said he was sorry as im talking to him on ioisly someone doesn't like that he's talking to me so he get tapped on the shouldlanother lady that's fine they want to defend each other but when i say I'll contact someone they get upset so you guyss can treat customers like that then tellswhile I'm talking to the nice reasonable person i can no longer shop there so I am banned from a scrub shop? Never have I been banned anywhere because the lady felt threatened well i felt disrespected and not respected as she has a smug look on her but was threatened Iwasted 35 dollars and I work as well as anyone one person over a bunch of referrals to that place she not qualified in my opinion to manage then i get hung up on this place is not what it used to be and there are other scrub shops around I deal with people too and in my experience we try to accommodate very unusual not worth the time used to be friendly people ?

They must be reviewing themselves i've never received the product that they're selling for 1 month now!!! I can't track my order plus, the phone system is all automated. This site is a scam!!!

It's actually not bad. Some prices may be high, but they have bargain scrubs if you don't want to spend money on the big name brands. Sometimes you can catch a brands on sale.

As a store itself it’s nice, did not care for the two working behind the counter this time. They’d rather talk with each other than help anyone. So I searched through the Dansko selection and found the size I needed for my wife on my own. Then to top it all off when the gentleman rang me out he shorted me 10$$ even after the register told him my change. It was awfully weird when I brought it to his attention he wasn’t shocked or apologetic at all almost like he does it quite often. You figure 10$$ ten people that’s 100$$ tax free if you know what I’m saying!!! So needless to say I wasn’t pleased. But that’s the first time I had that problem. Other then that my wife and myself love the store. The selection is outrageous there’s so many scrubs to choose from it’s crazy.

AWFUL customer service. This is a business that gets ALL of our scrubs business (about 100 employees) and they could not be more rude and abrupt. From the time I walked in (where I asked which scrubs I could pick from for my company) until the day I picked them up when the employee tossed the bag containing my scrubs on the counter their behavior was unacceptable! Not to mention that I waited 2 months for the scrubs to come in. I can not recommend this place to anyone. What a shame:(

I've been in here a few times. No issues with customer service and a pretty good selection of scrubs, all the popular brands. Whatever they don't have, they can order. For example, I need tall sizes. If you work for Christiana, there are scrubs already embroidered. Most recently, I had an issue with embroidery. They handled it professionally and fairly. Will definitely be back.

Been shopping here since 2013. I have always had a good experience and it is my go-to shop for scrubs. Sometimes my size or color needed is not available (hence minus 1⭐); however the manager, Michael had several times offered to order it for me. Keep up the good work Scrub Pro.
