Love how quick the process was from picking the perfect slab of granite to the day of the install. Amazing kitchen transformation. All the employees there are great to work with and definitely go out of their way to make your project great!

Dissatisfied customer. Sealer and epoxy was an issue. Two attempts were made to fix the problems. Sealer is ok for now but the seam (cut) in front of the sink area is horrible. Technician filled it with a WIDE color epoxy and my granite is multi color. Sticks out like a sore thumb. Technician mentioned about removing the counter top in order to match up the seam but this would have destroyed the sealer/paint against the wall and the plumbing would have to be disconnected. Don't think so. We chose to hide it with a towel over it. Very disappointed.

There is a reason they have so many five star review. Lisa helped us so much and was being so patience with us being our first time kitchen shopping. She gave us many advice. Although it took longer than other places to get the material but is well worth it. There were a few younger gentleman in their mid 20 or 30 to install our countertop but don't be fool by their age. They were very profession, respectful, and hardworking. It was a hot day and they moved the countertop in and did their best to keep my place clean and worn mask the whole time. Highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend Rock Hard Granite. Had a great experience designing 3 vanity tops which I absolutely love. From customer service through out the installation process Rock Hard Granite wanted to make sure I was 100% happy.

3.5 stars. We used Rock Hard for our kitchen and two bathrooms and were not super impressed with their work. They made a couple of errors in cutting the stone as well as in setting the bathroom sinks. We expressed our concerns, and they addressed the problems immediately, which is why I gave them 3.5. Overall, their prices were definitely less than other places in town; however, I don't think their cutting or installation was as good as another place we went with for the other bathroom. Communication was good, and the folks are nice. I'd say if you're looking for okay work at a great price, then go with Rock Hard. If the look of the final product is important to you, then you may want to consider another company.
