Poorly managed. Many shelves are bare and I can't get what I need. They call you up and say your phone description is ready, but when you get there I've waited up to 45 minutes before it actually is prepared. Really shoddy business. I want my old capitol trail rite aid back. This one is a joke.

Shelves aren't full and often cannot find what I need. Often a line at the prescription window and medications can take up to 48 hours to be filled.

Saturday afternoon, August 05, 2023 I had a very positive experience shopping here, in part, because Doreen was very nice and even took my 2 heavy bags to my car for me. Unfortunately, I un-intentionally gave only "One Star" on the keypad when I was cashing out, so I promised Doreen that I would make things right by posting a "5 Star" review for her online. Thank You again Doreen for being so helpful and nice!!?

The store opens early in the morning and closes late at night other places close early and I’d rather come to Rite Aid because it’s the best place to shop thank you

The one pharmacist is consistently rude, unfriendly and acts in an odd manner for someone in the healthcare realm. She’s the reason I’m switching pharmacies. One exception is the other British pharmacist is very polite.

Pharmacy was located in same area as urgent care so that was very convenient. The store was very clean and room to move around. The Pharmacist was the only associate working in the pharmacy that evening so it made the process a little slow with orders to fill, flu shots and ringing up pharmacy customers. Overall a pretty good experience buy I was getting meds for my ill wife and was in a hurry so the slow up was a little frustrating.

Went during the evening shift around 9pm. Store was very clean and stocked. Prices were reasonable but I wondered why more people weren’t in the store. Maybe it’s post Covid or the recession effects. I don’t like long lines so this is one of my favorite well stocked-brand & discount-stores.
