Dave and Anthony both were awesome!! Been coming to this store for 8 years and always a great experience.
They take the time and use their expertise to make sure not only that they fit properly, but are comfortable!
I try on prob half the store because I have arthritis in my feet, but never once did I feel rushed or I was being a burden!
Redwing boots are the best and Dave/Anthony are awesome salesman!!

Great great location those two guys were a great help my boot voucher expired and he put the boots to the side for me for a couple of weeks until I was able to come back and get them .

Great staff, Anthony was above and beyond! I felt so seen and he took the time to work with me and my friends to make sure we got the right boots and insoles. Overall I definitely am glad I came to the store and wish I had one closer to me. The foot scanning technology is so cool and impressive. I did not feel pressured to buy anything just very well informed to make the best choice for me. Thank you!!

George is the man! He gave me excellent customer service and knowledge. He is a real gem. He was running around the store working with 6 or 7 customers simultaneously, super impressive. He helped me break out of "analysis paralysis" and into my first pair of Red Wing Iron Rangers. I thought I knew a good amount already but George gave me expert level advice and information on the product. Give that man a raise.

I've bought two pairs of boots from this store, the first in the spring of 2014 and the second pair in December of 2023. Both pairs (1907 is 2014 and 8111 in 2023) fit absolutely perfectly. I used the new high tech fitting system this time and it was well established that I have very different feet, as in different from each other. I was prepared to struggle with breaking in my new Iron Rangers, but the fit was so perfect that it has been seamless. The sales staff is extremely knowledgable and forthright. They also installed speed hooks on my ten year old classic Mocs for a very reasonable $20, which makes them now absolutely perfect. Nothing but great things to say about this store and the guys that work there. Cheers!

So I have made a recent purchase from this store, as a gift to myself for the holidays, and as a career investment for my every day job.The employees there, Dave, Anthony and George, have been very knowledgeable and professional. They care about their jobs, and it shows.They did not just try to make a quick sale to meet some sales quota, but instead waited until the right shoe became available and in stock, and notified me as soon as it was. Also, they followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied after, and offered different options if I was not.They offered a professional and courteous service, and I would highly recommend this store to a friend or a loved one.Ps: Union members receive a discount

Dough & Steve were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me with my boots. Great Customer Service, will definitely be back when it’s time for new boots again. The boots are high quality and comfortable as well, will update my post if I can once I break the boots in.

I was nicely greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was looking for a new pair of boots and explained my old Redwings needed to be repaired. I than was informed that the repair could be made while I waited and was fitted for my new pair. Purchased some accessories insoles and new laces for old boots.Very happy and satisfied
