Salesman was very helpful and that's why I gave them 2 stars. Operations not so much. First, they gave me a pick-up date, drove an hour to pick up my order, and it wasn't there. The representative said she should have called me. Next, I ordered a universal bracket for a headboard. When they gave me an open package, I inquired about the hardware. They assured me it was in the headboard box. It wasn't. Not sure I'll ever shop at this store again, and I'll encourage others to look elsewhere as well.

Plenty of furniture to choose from. Good sales support without a lot of pressure. We ended up buying our new living room furniture from them and it was delivered within a few days.
