I tried to reach the Glascow, DE location to see if they received a fax for a test request from my doctor today. I called the number for that location but could not be connected to that office. Instead, I was connected to a robot and could not talk to a human being. I went on the chat box for Quest and didn't get the information I needed either. This is unacceptable, and I am seriously considering switching my blood test provider!

The location I visited was very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and the tech that drew the blood was excellent. No problem at all. Sometimes the tech will have problem with my arms locating a vein. Will definitely use the location again.

the service was quick (especially since i made an appt & checked in when i arrived), staff were very sweet and the tech that helped me was very attentive to my health needs. one of the better locations! would 100% recommend.

The ease of checking in is commendable! No wait and friendly, experienced phlebotomists makes it a pleasant experience!!! Plus getting to work in a timely manner makes it less stressful.

The phlebotomist is always friendly and professional. A person a head of my appointment was late to arriving and the phlebotomist came out, greeted me, then informed me of this. When she came out again to double check that the patient had not arrived or was not checking in, she informed me there was someone a head of me and she had to give them time to arrive which was in a few minutes. I was early. She came out again and I was grateful that she was able to get me in early. And just as she finished up with me, the person who was late arrived and filled my slot. It was extremely helpful for me because I needed to return home to get back to work as early as possible.

They turned my husband away on sat the 30 of march saying they didn't have time to do his blood work and theiy turned him away

I did not realize that this was not a walk-in lab. You should get an appt online. However, I was there just as they reopened after lunch and no one was there yet. Regina was super kind and squeezed me in before anyone else showed up. That kindness was much appreciated. Judging by other reviews, this is her normal work ethic. I hope that she gets recognized with a good raise for this kind of performance.

Had routine lab work done today by Regina. She is wonderful. So friendly and talented. She makes getting blood drawn pleasant. I highly recommend her and this location!

Great job! Usually I pass out on a blood draw, but 9 hours ago, Regina did excellent work. After about 5 minutes, I felt ready to go without fainting. Check out the tiny mark, that's precision!
