What a great local business! Hadn’t heard of Puz’s prior to the recommendation from our local State Farm Newark office - so happy with the work completed & the customer service provided was great, most notably because I Had to have damage repaired following a parking lot hit, not a fun surprise. Thank you :). I Will definitely be recommending Puz’s to family & friends for any car bodywork needs they may have in the future. Very nice people, very knowledgeable & helpful- many thanks! (So neat this family business has been operating since 1980! Love that!)

Brought my vehicle in to Puz's for front end damage. It took less time then I expected to repair it. My car came out perfect with an added bonus of an 'interior detail'. Great workmanship and friendly service. Even the shop dog "Winston" gave me a friendly greeting! ;)

I had two vehicles serviced. While the work and price were acceptable, be careful if something isn't right and you want them to honor the warranty. I had a small mechanical part failure some time after the work, but within the warranty period. I had to fight tooth and nail to get anything done. He never acknowledged his shop damaged the part during R&R. He even denied that they removed the part in question and called me a liar for claiming it had to be removed despite my having the factory service instructions showing that the part must be removed to perform other R&R for which I was charged.

For anyone in need of having body work done on your vehicle I highly recommend Puz's Auto Body just off of RT 72 in Newark, DE. I was recently in an auto accident and needed a lot of body work. They did excellent work and had the job completed faster than expected. The car was clean and shiny, even did the tires. My car looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier.
