This is the most dishonest company and bait and switch i have ever had in my life. I was quoted around $180 a month for car insurance. I had Progressive since Oct. They sent my renewal for over $400 a month. DO NOT USE THEM

Scammers. Tell you one price. Charge another. Take your money and even send a confirmation number just to say you didn't pay. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I recommend any other company than this one. Flo, you're dead wrong. Disgraceful company. I'll make sure to let everyone know.

Wow, how does progressive let a office function like this! What a absolute nightmare of a team! Everyone at this location is useless, DO NOT USE THEM, contact corporate progressive representatives instead, I am not sure what the folks do in this office ( they themselves do not know there function)

Horrible experience, there customer representative Calvin Perry is a very dishonest customer service representative, I was hit by a customer of progressives a month ago, I am still waiting for my vehicle to be fixed, he sent me a list of parts and had me sign so that repairs could began, three weeks later he calls end tells me my car is a loss, what happened in the three weeks i was waiting for repairs, never contacted by Calvin as he said he would be updating me weekly, never happened, I had to beg them to come get the truck by tow as Calvin seemed to expect I would drive a totaled car to there body shop, I would have been killed! I am still waiting for this “process” as Calvin Perry reminds me when I call, he does not ever reach out with information, he reacts when I call and only when I call angry, please request a different rep, I asked Calvin if I could have another company rep and he stated some more things about their “process”

"Progressive Insurance and their representatives, like Ryan Taylor, have proven to be an absolute nightmare. It's mind-boggling how they can be so incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. Ryan Taylor, in his sheer incompetence, couldn't be bothered to answer my calls or return any of my voicemails. And his supervisor? Just as worthless, with their voicemail-only existence and complete disregard for their clients.Progressive Insurance, I can say without hesitation, is an utter disaster. Their customer service is non-existent!But hold on, it gets worse! When I dared to ask for a different adjuster, they flat-out ignored my request. They have no respect for their customers and their concerns. It's beyond belief!I am absolutely disgusted by the level of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and indifference displayed by Ryan Taylor, his spineless supervisor, and the entire Progressive Insurance company. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid Progressive Insurance at all costs. They are an embarrassment to the concept of customer service!"

I called a few times & got no response & I also drove all the way there during business hour’s & no one came to the door. I also called a number for progressive customer service & was put on hold for a while so I just hung up & left after waiting there for 20 min & still did not talk to anyone or get serviced…
