I just purchased x4 pla filament (silk and sparkle) from Printed Solid. I’ve tried about a dozen other companies. Some of those were mediocre, some were beautiful -however the two equally amazing TOP brands in my opinion are Printed Solid and Matterhackers. I can honestly say that Printed Solid filament is on par with Matter Hacker. Printed Solid filament is beautiful- with the rainbow PLA the transition is nice and smooth, the colors are stunning -and true to as described. The packaging is airtight and bubble wrapped, shipping was fast from Delaware to Washington State. I was so ecstatic to find another company as great and reliable as Matter Hacker but with more filament options in color ranges. I am so impressed and so HAPPY! Thank you for providing such exceptional service and such a high quality product. I will definitely be purchasing more filament from you down the road. ????? ??

If you're trying to look up a resource for quality printers/parts/filaments with excellent customer service, then i have good news for you: The search is over.I am a very challenging customer generally speaking because i expect a certain standard of customer service when spending a significant amount of money. Printed Solid sat down with me multiple times for upwards of an hour answering all of my questions, responded to several emails with detailed instructions and links, and were very professional and personable.I must have had about 50-70 different questions before making a purchase of a Prusa MK3. Not only were they all answered, but they provided me with way more detail and expertise than i could have even thought to ask for.I'm not sure i could think of any criticism for them at this time. Prices are reasonable, they have excellent customer service and post purchase support, their website is proper and easy to navigate, they have plenty of items in stock, their knowledge base is effectively unmatched, and they print things every single day so they know what types of issues or challenges you may come across.Printed Solid has earned 5/5 stars and my highest recommendation. You wanna fus around with a cheap printer and browse forums from 3 years ago trying to troubleshoot? Be my guest. You wanna actually print things and skip the nonsense? Look no further.

These people are very kind. I came in with a 3d printer which no longer pushed filament through the extruder. They then gave me a free consultation on the printer even though they don’t fix printers that aren’t Prusia. On top of that they took me to the back and showed me how they made their filament and gave me a free reel.

Multiple times I’ve ordered parts for my Prusa and they arrived the next day. Can’t wait to try their filament or pick up a MK4 when they get them

I’ve used products from this company for almost 10 months. I love everything about using their filaments. The product is good, I’ve used the customer service and was good. I like the different products they offer such as their transition rolls. Which is one of my favorite products to order. I also recently signed up for the monthly subscription. I cannot wait to receive my first one. I will continue to use them for a long time.

Seems like there are a lot of people here that have had a great experience with this company and that is why I went with them on this small order. I normally order bulk filament for my work and I wanted to give this place a try since Prusa slicer has a built in profile for Jessie PETG filament. I normally use Atomic or Polymaker and sometimes Overture. I ordered 2 rolls of black Jessie PETG to try it out. I was in a time crunch to get some parts printed for a client and complete a Prusa Box set up. I suppose it is partly my fault for ordering from a new suppler in the middle of a job but, I received 2 rolls of WHITE PETG. Instead of them saying they were sorry and they would ship the correct thing right out they wanted me to send pictures to prove I did not receive the correct item, I am guessing, and I am not able to do that until I get home from work. This puts me another day behind, then they said they would send me a return label and create a new order with the correct filament. I’m guessing that it would be another business day before the filament ships and I am already 2 days behind on this job. So frustrating. At this point I’m just going to order from my regular sources. I’ll have my order by tomorrow and will be able to compete this by Friday.Update: They sent me the correct filament and let me keep the incorrect filament they sent. Only issue is I did not have it when I needed it so I had to purchase filament elsewhere to finish the job I was working on but at least they set things right. I am looking forward to trying out the Jessie PETG.

Some items are not as described. Several negative reviews that I attempted to post to their site about these items never appeared. When I contacted their support, they were unable to explain this mystery and claimed that they do not know why. I will not be doing business with them going forward.

A small business that sticks it to major corporations. Printed solid has great prices and phenomenal customer service. The staff are real people that are truly passionate about 3D printing they're super helpful and always quick to respond. I really do enjoy doing business with them.
