Bought a 2018 Suburban, after a deep inspection we realized the transmission cooler line had been leaking for quite some time, decided to put my warranty to use & schedule for this to be repaired. The vehicle was also down shifting very hard, which is not normal in any way shape or form, but I guess being a female, they decided to gaslight me into believing everything is fine & that is “normal” for large vehicles…..(that I’ve driven my whole driving life & knew for a fact this is in fact not “normal”) fast forward 2 weeks, my transmission goes while I’m driving down 95. Oh wow but that’s “normal” right? Call service manager, Bill, after I’ve gotten the vehicle to my trusted transmission mechanic because now at this point I do not trust Porter to work on my vehicle. Bill assures me that I will be receiving a call from the owner to “make things right”, well it has been months & that has yet to happen. To this day we still have not received the phone call, $6000 into a full transmission rebuild & radio silence from Porter. Never again will they receive our business that they have had for 30 years.

This dealership is the WORST. I bought my 2020 Sonata here. Called today (August 1st) to schedule a warranty service appointment. They told me they cannot get me in until NOVEMBER. Great tactic! Try to get the warranty to run out before you need to provide service. I asked the scheduler what was causing the delay. Are you short staffed? She said, "We're just really busy right now." Making customers wait over 3 months for warranty service (i.e. to fix something that was NOT supposed to malfunction!!) is definitely not good customer service. I will not be going back to Porter. I'll happily drive farther to get to a better dealership.

took my car in for service 6 days ago. Still no one has even looked at it. Service manager, Michael is not returning our calls. They attendant that answers the phone said the service manager is "away on vacation" and they cannot tell me when they will "get a chance" to look at my car.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cannot recommend.

I just purchased a car from Porter Hyundai and unfortunately the payment process was far from smooth. I made a down payment on my credit card and left my card of file for the appropriate person to run the card the next morning. Morning came and I'm receiving a text from my bank alerting me the charge declined as the Security Code or Expiration Date was entered incorrectly and to simply re-enter the data and re-charge to card. I received no communication from Porter Hyundai of the charge not going through. I call them to get an update on the charge and the administrator is informing me my bank thinks the charge is fraud and I need to call my bank. Which is incorrect! This was a human error made my the person entering my card info. I hang up and call again to explain this is an error on there end. Finally after confirming each number the charge goes through. However the process was not smooth as I ended the call without an apology for the mistake and the assumption that my funds were not in order. Unfortunately it seems the narrative of insufficient funds was racially motivated. In the future, I'd recommend Porter Hyundai triple check credit card information before running the charge to ensure quality assistance to avoid a stressor after purchasing a car.

Service has dropped this year big time. We have been using this service center for years on both our vehicles and never had an issue getting our oil changed thru their express service. Last 4 times being here we have been turned away 3 times saying " we aren't taking anymore today, come back another day" then when you do come back are greeted with someone who tries to talk you out of getting serviced " it's a very long wait, it would be best to come another day..." they won't let you make appointments and it's a joke saying express. I don't know if they don't have the workers but something needs to change and how about some better customer service staff.

I purchased my Jeep Wrangler from here and have had nothing but problems. I don’t know don’t if I got a bad deal or the Jeep is a lemon. I’ve spent more money in repairs than I paid for the thing. The repairs have cost hundreds to thousands. There are the big break downs - I had to replace the whole engine and now the gas tank needs to be replaced and other repairs along the way. I take care of my Jeep through regular maintenance, but I just can’t catch a break. Personally I recommend Toyota Pre-Owned up the road from them.

Bought an overpriced car from here and didn’t even last 2 weeks before the dealership shine wore off and started having serious issues, I haven’t even gotten my plates from them yet. I called and they told me I’m out of luck because I didn’t get a warranty but was never offered one to begin with, and then the manager told me I couldn’t have gotten one regardless. Don’t buy a car from here, just bunch of snakes ready and willing to rip you off and steal your money. If I could give less than a star I would. I’m sugar coating this, but if you want to have an awful experience go get ripped off from porter.

They are terrible service, they don’t get back to you, you leave message and no answer back. All they care about it money. I was sold a lemon vehicle. I recommend do not go there especially to the used auto department. I was told to be called back but never. Will be reporting to BBB!

My car needed a body repair, and they were able to get it done in three days. I would not be able to tell my car was previously damaged. The service was friendly and polite. They had coffee on the premises for customers. The waiting room was clean and comfortable- I could either sit by the t.v., or by the front door without noise. I like a quiet place to relax! If you need a rental car, Enterprise Rental is close by, and they can deliver you to a rental car.
