Positive experience during my recent business with Porter, especially Sales Professional Jill. She knew the vehicle I was looking at inside and out! The deal was quick and didn’t involve the silly tactics I’ve endured over the years like the 4 Square and Sales Manager Shuffle. The process of vehicle purchasing at Porter Ford was simple, easy and less time consuming. My contact was Frank Fragale, Sales Professional.
Frank was very genuine, pleasing, knowledgeable and helpful. He is very gentle (professional, kind and friendly) in his conversations. He called, texted and followed in all aspects of business. He took time to research the model, specifications, colors, came back with the answers and options.
On our 2021 Ford XLT, Porter Ford offered the price or trade-in value same as CarMax. Porter Ford offered enough discounts on the new vehicle. I was happy to do business with Porter Ford than going all the way driving to Virginia.
There was no hassle or pressure of anything at Porter Ford. Pricing on extended warranty and maintenance was very competitive.
A big Thank you to Frank Fragale and Gary Spencer. It was a pleasure to do business with Porter Ford.

I had my hitched installed here few days ago and the mechanic Lorenzo did a wonderful job. They did it quick and fast through valet, picked my car from work and delivered it to work the next day. Thank you for the service parts lady aswell, she was incredibly fast and cooperative

We just purchased our 5th vehicle from Porter Ford! Jill Otto has taken the best care of us over the years! This most recent purchase of an Explorer XTL proved, yet again, why we are loyal and HAPPY customers. This review is to compliment Porter Ford’s service department. The check-in process is easy and quick, and routine service takes about an hour to an hour and a half, and waiting is in a comfortable lounge. We always deal with Lorenzo, who’s friendly, personable and efficient. We always look forward to seeing him.

What a great experience for us at Porter Ford. We found our new Truck online. 2024 Ranger Raptor! And right from the 1st text with Jon Nace thru signing papers with Gary Spencer. It was a 1st rate experience. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Jill Otto, my Porter Ford Sales Professional, was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make a decision on purchasing a new F150 versus a previously owned one. I didn't feel pressured in my decision, and we came to an agreement. Overall and excellent experience and would highly recommend her if you're looking for a new truck.
