After about two years of having trouble with my old envoy going to other dealerships Porter was the only one that could fix it. It now drives like a new truck.

wanted to buy a Camaro. on the phone the sales guy said to come in before 3 to get a test drive because the roads around the dealership get packed later on. I took a half day at work to accommodate this. When I show up at the dealer, he tells me that performance models are not eligible for a test drive, and otherwise seemed disinterested in selling me the car. Probably would've bought at the price he quoted me at too if the service wasn't so bad

Took my car there for an oil change service and the service tech forgot to put the oil cap back on after he finished pouring the oil. Got home and there was smoke coming out of the engine. Lifted the hood and saw a huge mess of oil all around the engine compartments. Completely disappointed about their poor and unprofessional service.

Herrick Nissan rep "Sunny" was outstanding and honestly, in my 56 years of the "buy a car" routine, it was the easiest and fastest experience to date ? ?Highly recommend his expertise if you're interested in Nissan's products ?

My salesman, Wesley Betts, was excellent and gave great customer service. He went above and beyond to help me find the right car that fits my personality and my budget at the same time. He was very patient, respectful of my time and was available when needed. He helped me worked out an issue I had with my trade in a couple of weeks ago which I am extremely grateful. He was not pushy or overzealous which is very important to me as a customer. Porter Chevrolet is blessed to have a young man like Wes and I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a vehicle there.

My note to owner. His email didn't work though.I am having trouble getting your body shop to finish my car after 3 months. Problems:1. Your rep left my car out with the trunk and back open to the elements. It was about there for a month and a half in the rain. Car smelled like molt and mildew. I asked the rep the first day it came in, to cover the open part of the car in plastic. He ignored that request.2. I asked your rep to put a uconnect device on the car. He refused to do that. It did finally get put on the car a week ago.3. Your rep(I'll get you his name Monday) asked for the key to the gas cap, so I had to make a trip out there to give it to him. There was half a tank of gas when I left it.4. On three occasions, I was led to believe the car would be done in a few days. It seemed like the status emails were out of order. 5. This past Thursday, your rep called me to tell me the car was done. I asked if he was sure, and he said yes. I told him I would be there to pick up the car at 8 AM. I said I wouldn't have a lot of time to wait, but I wanted to the car for the weekend, so make sure it was ready. He said it would be ready6. I got there at 8 and I was told it wasn't ready and I was given a bunch of excuse from "it is being washed" to "We don't know how to program the key fobs." The office manager came in the room and said, it will definitely be ready this afternoon. I said I had to go to work, but that I would pick it up Monday. 7. I then called the Geico claims rep and explain the situation and tell her I would need it Monday at the latest but I planned to drive it on the weekend and I was not happy with the fact that I wasted time to pick up the car.8. Later in the day the Geico rep texted me stating that she no longer knew when the car would be done, but it would be in a few days.9. Next week is a short week, so I'm thinking they won't touch it again until the following week.10. The job is $15,000. That's a lot of money for a job, so I would think it would be done professionally. 11. I don't understand why they aren't able to fix the car, or give me a ballpark idea of when it will be done, or why your rep called and state it was ready for pickup when it wasn't. Your rep is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt in any business dealing or any interaction. He has no ability to communicate. He says one thing, then the story changes the next minute to something completely different.12. I have asked to work with a manager so I can figure out when I can get the car, but they keep sending me to the office manager. She's worse than the first guy. She knows 0 about my car, or what needs to happen to get the car completed. Every time I asked for someone higher up, they say it's only her and the shop manager. I did email the shop manager a week ago to ask when the car would be done, but he never responded. I tried to call and leave a message for the shop manager but my call goes to a genal Mitel Telecommunications system which tells me I can't leave a message.

Very judgmental and yes you will be taken care of if your vehicle hit a certain dollar mark on the Body Shop GM making money. The GM has been there many years and is known for making money/short cutting overlooking jobs for commission. Verified through employees and past employees. but if you come in with a high dollar car, you will be treated very well because of his judge mental high class attitude. He is the typicak cheap rip off person you see in those movies. Even my insurance company removed my vehicle from the shop to take elsewhere to get done correctly. this is just a heads up. As I said before, even the employees at those body shops dislike him and stay clear of him. Now his daughter works there and its like talking to a clone. Typical If he is brought into the estimate phase of your vehicle repair, Run quickly because only 35% will be done so he pocket the remainder with cheap aftermarket parts or some of it not even Sincerel, past employee behind the scenes.
