I've lived in the USA for 22 years and I've never heard of a bank asking for your immigration status to open a personal account. So, if you're not a US citizen, you can't open an account with them. In short, they're being racist because no non-citizen can open an account with them. Manager at duty duty Kesia L Rodriguez. The last name is Latino Hispanic discriminating against another Latino.

I sat in this bank for about 20 minutes to close an account and I should have known better. Before I was even called up, the 3 tellers were just badmouthing the person they were just helping out loud. The teller who helped me was completely oblivious and reassured me my account was closed, it’s been 3 weeks... If I could rate this location with no stars I would, unfortunately to write this review I had to put one down.This establishment is embarrassing. It speaks for the leadership itself.

They required 2 forms of ID to cash a PNC bank check without an account which I understand but they wouldn't accept a social security card as a2nd forms of id unless you are a senior citizen. Since when is a ss card not an acceptable form of id? They did take my debit card through work but I had to make another trip home to get it bc I didn't have it on me. It was just a hassle.

Made a deposit of 1003 , account only shows for 50 of it , 953 missing and customer service won’t do anything for it . Still at atm as I write this just got off the phone with customer service and now my bills will be late due to this banks lack of service. Not happy at all . Spent 1.5 hrs here

If there was an option for a zero they would get it. After waiting for 45 minutes I was told they couldn't do cashier's checks on large amounts despite the fact that they assured me it wouldn't be an issue when I opened business banking accounts with them months ago. Shirt staffed, confused staff and no one knowing what to do. The notary is rude, I've had two negative experiences with her in the past two months. Will be closing my accounts and moving them to another bank.
