I gotta tell ya… I was nervous as you know after reading some of the reviews….but let me tell you…. The service was fantastic!!! The gentleman who greeted me was awesome and the young woman behind the counter was very warm and friendly. I imagine that the people writing bad reviews are probably but holes in the first place and have serious attitude problems which they project onto others because they have no class, grace and respect…. for themselves and especially others. Sucks to be them!!!

Had a problem with a check on hold. Visited 2 different branches with no resolution. I skipped this office because of poor reviews but Manager Dexter Johnson was quick to understand my issue. After making a few calls he gave me satisfaction that the issue would be solved. The tellers were polite and helpful as well. I will definitely use this branch.

Needed to exchange bills to get crisp, clean ones for a graduation card. They not only provided exceptionally courteous service but didn’t seek to exclude me based on whether I had an account there (even though I did). THANK YOU.

So I walk in to try and open a checking account with Tanie or whatever and she is rude asking me how much I make a year and a lot of other personal questions. After handing her my ID and credit card she tells me the address on my ID has to match my current address which is a lie because I called another one location and they simply said bring in a piece of mail. So I called back to speak with a manager after asking the teller if this was true she said it was not and the teller then comes back and said it was true. Very Unprofessional to sit up in that office and lie.

Made me wait half an hour for a task that would usually take 5 minutes or less when I was the sole customer then charged me 10 dollars for a simple check. Will be canceling my account and going to any other bank as soon as possible. I don't think there is a worse bank in this area

Very helpful and friendly service. The VP Branch manager Mr. Johnson was extremely pleasant, knowledgable, and honest. I will definitely be using this branch again.
