My daughter joined this KinderCare a couple years back and we have lots of good memories connected with this learning center. All the staffs are wonderful especially, Ms. Carolyn, Ms. Aida, Ms. Jane, Ms. Irene, Ms. Susan, and Ms. Meghan. I highly recommend this child care.

We love our Kindercare. My son started there part time when he was 2. Now at the age of almost 4, he has grown so much with the help of his teachers and staff. I love getting the pictures, and updates about his day while I'm away from him. He is learning and making friends. I can't stand enough about how friendly and engaging the staff is - any concerns are addressed right away. There is always something new to learn and to do. We are loving the summer program.

I can't speak highly enough about the day care center that my two children attend. My daughter has been going there since she was just 7 months old, and my son also joins for before and after care. From the moment we enrolled them, we felt welcomed and reassured by the caring staff. The facility itself is clean, safe, and well-maintained, creating a nurturing environment for the little ones. The Director, Assistant Director and experienced professionals and the all the staff members are genuinely loving and attentive caregivers. They have shown immense patience, kindness, and dedication in looking after my children's needs.I have witnessed remarkable growth specially with my younger one since she is attending KinderCare for a while now.Communication between the staff and parents is exceptional. We receive regular updates on our children's progress, daily routines, and any special events happening at the center. The staff members are always approachable and willing to address any concerns or questions we may have.I am immensely grateful for the positive impact this day care center has had on my children's lives. They have created a nurturing, stimulating, and loving environment that allows my children to thrive. I wholeheartedly recommend this day care center to any parent seeking exceptional care and education for their little ones

They are awesome! The whole staff seems to really care about what they're doing. Everyone knows all the kids' names. I feel 1000% confident and safe in trusting my child to their care. My son is there for pre-kindergarten, and I wish he could go there for the rest of his schooling.Ms. Carolyn is the best! Ms. Irene and Ms. Susan are wonderful and communicative administrators. Ms. Jane has the coolest grandma vibes while she's feeding everybody. I haven't met a single person there that I didn't like.

The Paxson Lane KinderCare is a wonderful organization. They have amazing educators that have been instrumental in our son’s development over the past several years. They have been great communicators and transparent through the covid19 crisis. They make things simple for parents including serving great healthy breakfasts, lunches, and snacks. Highly recommend to other parents.

Couldn’t be happier with the teachers and staff. Extremely friendly and our kids love them and look forward to going to school daily. We moved 20 minutes further away from where we were living and didn’t even think of transferring to another daycare. Highly recommend!

Hi, families/ parents! My first son entered KinderCare learning center at Paxson Lane in Newark in 2018. At only five months old, I had many concerns sending my very vulnerable and non-speaking baby to a daycare center. My job leads me into many daycare facilities regularly. I can honestly tell you that many daycare facilities are poorly ran, unsanitary, and revolve with new staff constantly...but not this one. My son was instantly greeted with love, and compassion. I was a new parent sending my sweet baby into a building with a bunch of strangers. I couldn't think of anything more anxiety-provoking. I remember his first day, I called the center twice to check on my guy. Not only that, but they have an app where they post photos very frequently, and you can nearly see what your little one is doing all day. At the end of the day, you receive a full report of your babe. You see what they ate (or, in my case how many ounces of each bottle), diaper changes, and nap times and lengths of time. My sons first teacher became such a huge positive, loving, and educational person in his life. She is truly one of the sweetest people I can think of. I can honestly tell you that all five of the teachers that my son has been with have genuinely cared and loved him, and have strived to ensure he thrives. There was no hesitation to send our second son to KCLC at 12 weeks old, when I had to return to work. The center is genuinely a staff of family (not literally), but every single person that's there (I do know them all by name) is truly awesome. Their positivity, happy attitudes, and genuine commitment to serving our children are unlike anything I have seen at other daycares. There is truly no better feeling then dropping your child off in the morning and knowing that they will be cared for exceptionally. Both of my children are absolutely thriving and come home with new skills daily. The center has gone through so many changes with COVID, and they are going through so many extra steps to keep the children safe and sanitary. I could go on and on about our KCLC family, but I can assure you, you will not regret sending your child here.

Kindercare truly has been so amazing! Seeing how much my daughter has learned, how much more social she is and experiencing her excitement every morning getting ready for "school" has been truly exceptional. The teachers and staff are truly exceptional as well. Everyone is involved in making each child smile even if it is just in passing at pick up/drop off.

Kindercare has wildly surpassed our expectations. Couldn’t be happier. Everyone on the staff is a pleasure and makes a point of knowing you and your child. 5 stars all around.

If there were more stars, these guys would deserve them. This place stood out for me for a variety of reasons when I first moved to Delaware a couple years ago, and they stand out for even more reasons today. My daughter loves it there, we both feel safe and cared for and the communication is always there. In no particular order:SCHEDULING THE YEAR: Flexibility with scheduling for school holidays and closures - home care providers are not always consistently available for half days, days off, snow days. They're open when schools close..and their communication about it is typically ahead of the school districts.BUS: They have their own transportation. They drive safely, only to-from school and facility (never to stop to run errands) and they would never leave the kids in a car if they need to step into the school. (Yes, I had one kid not in Kindercare and I learned a lot about what I don't want.) They pick up the kids when there's inclement weather so I don't have to leave work abruptly.ADULTS: They are all adults, though yes some look young. But importantly, they are not college kids looking for experience. Management operates like a team, teachers are professional with each other as well as the kids.FOOD: They provide the food and snacks prepared in their kitchen. Just makes it easier, in my opinion.SAFETY : There's key-code locks to access the kid areas. The playground area is their own, not shared. No kid can exit the grounds on their own, no parent can casually walk out a kid if they are not an adult on file. The teachers know the parents who pick up the kids or they are asking for ID.FACILITY : They serve all ages from baby to probably 6th grade (I think?) and there's toys for all ages. The facility is highly structured and rooms are designed to be age specific; it's not a huge maze of a place, it's organized.HOMEWORK: If you want your kid to do homework there, they will. And the teachers will actually help them.CLEAN : They work with kids all day and they are constantly cleaning up, asking kids to help keep organized (and the kids do!!!). We know our kids are messy, but they do a great job managing the madness. They clean the toys regularly.COMMUNICATION: Even when I don't like the communication, I appreciate it. Incident reports happen, and are generated consistently even when it's not a big deal (better to know, right). The teachers do not freak out about stuff unnecessarily, and they are very consistent with the kids, even kids who are difficult or differently-abled are treated with great compassion.Plus, I know of no other providers who send an email to tell you if/when there was a kid in the facility with some kind of contagious illness and you should be vigilant in case they were in contact. The first time I saw that email I was concerned but then I realized that it was a precautionary email and yes, it helps me to stay aware of my kids health symptoms in a helpful light. There are so many parents whose kids are there for years, school age kids were there since preK! And, not to name names, but there are several kids there whose parents work for the school district. So I feel like I chose well. :)

Excellent daycare! Our daughter who is now 2 has been going here for over a year and the progress is amazing. If you are looking for a great place to care for your child while you are at work you would be hard pressed to find a more caring staff.
